Beautiful Studio overlooking the Mystic River

This bright apartment is within walking distance to Downtown Mystic and to historic Noank. Tons of nearby food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are car accessible within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike that are all protected. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and of course boats. We are 1 exit away from mystic seaport and mystic aquarium. Great place
Totally enjoyed our stay here. Only 3 min drive to downtown mystic. Great view of water. FYI - the train is only a couple of cars and goes so fast you barely hear it. I would recommend staying here!

First time in Mystic
Absolutely loved everything about this place! My girlfriend and I are already trying to plan another weekend trip to go back. The owners are absolutely amazing and they maintain the property beautifully!

Great Property
We stayed at this property for a summer weekend while attending a wedding in the area. Clean, well stocked and exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood and my husband and I found it to be conveniently located and a super comfortable weekend getaway. Would definitely book here again when in the area.

Nice Place
Downtown shopping and eating is within walking or biking distance. Beautiful view and was never bothered by the train. Coffee in the morning was supplied by The Host and was excellent.

Wonderful little spot!
We loved staying in this gorgeous space! It was perfect for our family, and so clean and easy. It was really helpful to have laundry on site and the kids could be a little noisy without bothering anyone with no shared walls. The AC was really wonderful in the high heat and humidity weather and proximity to the mystic market was great for treats and good food! 10/10 would stay there again.

This upstairs studio was nicely planned. Everything we needed was readily at hand and new. Quiet with beautiful views. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing
This property was great. 1 main bed with 2 luxury air mattresses if needed. The size was perfect and we walked to the market for breakfast our fist day there. I would highly recommend this property.

Mini getaway
My 2 daughters and I stayed here during a volleyball tournament at Mohegan Sun. This place was a wonderful alternative to a hotel with all of the comforts of home, a gorgeous view of the water, close to the beautiful center of Mystic, and Lisa was a delight to communicate with and meet. The coffee was extraordinarily delicious also! We hope to have a reason to return!

Early summer getaway
The loft was beautiful, clean, just as pictured and described except it was bigger than appears in the photos. Owner has thought out and supplied many extra little amenities and gave us our privacy but was available to provide recommendations. Check in and out were effortless. Location was great and we had no trains interrupt our sleeping hours. Would absolutely revisit.

A lovely home away from home
Lisa and John’s place was perfect for our family of 3. It was close enough to downtown Mystic and Olde Mystick Village, but far enough to be at peace. The water views are beautiful. The train tracks are close by but you get used to it quickly. The home is fully stocked, including a washer/dryer and the owners’ homemade and delicious coffee! Lisa and John are quick to respond to requests and very helpful! Thank you for a nice getaway!

Really clean and welcoming space !! The view is incredible. There are commuter trains that go by right in front of the windows but they are really quick and not that loud. Bathroom is clean and nice shower. So great to have a washer dryer right in the unit. For a couple this space is perfect. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops and yet it feels private and secluded. Highly recommend. I am hoping we can return .

Sister's Weekend
A wonderful place to stay. The owners immediately responded to our reservation request. The property is close to many tourist attractions but not too close. The coffee was out of this world! My one recommendation would be to have dimmer switches on the lights or to have a couple of lamps. The brightness of the can lights in a shared location makes it difficult for some to turn in early. My sisters and I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. Thank you for everything!

New and very clean
The place is small but very clean and just enough. The welcome coffee beans made a delicious cup of coffee. Our quarters were right on the mystic river. Traintracks were right before the river. We were used to the noise of the train speeding by frequently. My favorite part of our stay wad we walked into mystic and didnt need to drive or park. Those beautiful butterflies too on the property.. We would love to be invited back😁

Amazing… we loved everything about this property. Once you pull down the driveway, you’ll know you made the right choice. The studio was just Gorgeous!! Lisa & Johnathan (owners) thought of everything to make us feel at home. (The coffee, was out of this world) Lisa & Johnathan were very welcoming and friendly. The studio was laid out perfect for the 3 of us and the pictures don’t fully capture how Beautiful the place is. The studio has breathtaking views of the Mystic River. A cozy get away
We stayed here as part of a road trip through the northeast. The property is perfect for a couple that wants to unwind for a few days. Beautiful views of the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very well appointed and had everything you would need including a dedicated parking space. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was amazing to wake up to that beautiful view each morning. Windows galore with tons of natural light It's a very quick drive in to town where all the shops and restaurants are. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. This was no issue for us but if someone in your party has mobility issues or you have small children, you'll need to take this into consideration. Should we come through Mystic again, we'll definitely try to book this property. A big thank you to the hosts!!

Pictures don't do it justice
This is a private loft with no shared walls. It is much brighter and lighter than the pictures show. The queen size bed faces the river and has a beautiful view when you wake up. The kitchen has ample room with the island and seating. There is lots of equipment to do any cooking that you need. The blowup mattresses were great for our 14 and 16 year old. Everyone loved staying here. And its just a short drive to anything we wanted to do. As someone mentioned in another review, you just drive down the driveway and it is the last property that you will come to. Easy parking . And yes. The coffee was amazing! I wish we could’ve purchased some more to take home with us

Good Location and Views - Few things could use improvement
Positives - Good Location - Pretty Views - Reasonable Price - Newly Updated - Quite - Easy access to room upon arrival - Good Wifi - Nice Kitchen - Good Coffee Negative - Bathroom o Door Does Not Close (Needs to be Trimmed) o Toilet Way Too Low and Small. Extremely uncomfortable. Highly recommend replacing with a Higher OVAL shaped Toilet o Toilet paper basically sits on the ground. Need an actual toilet paper dispenser on the wall or a self-standing dispenser that sits much higher. - “Bedroom” o Mattress very uncomfortable. Sagging and not padded at All. o Layout not ideal. Only way to watch TV is lying in bed, not sitting on couches (unless you re-arrange the room)

Perfect size for our weekend getaway!
We came to town for the weekend Christmas festivities in Mystic. We wanted more space than a hotel room and this was perfect for the four of us (2 adults, 18 and 11 year old.) We loved having a water view and we love the trains! A nice touch was the coffee provided by the owners as they are also local coffee roasters. It is about a mile walk to town but we enjoyed it, even in the cold. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, too. We would definitely come back in the future.

West Mystic is the best
Great location, with easy walking access to Willow Point and downtown Mystic. Mystic Market has great food, and Noank is only a mile away. Great getaway!

Wonderful week in Mystic
We just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful loft! The location was perfect… close to all the attractions and amenities in the area, yet a quiet spot along the river to relax and unwind. The loft was perfect for our needs. Immaculate, comfortable and with all the amenities you could ask for in a rental. Lisa and Jonathan were welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We also looked forward to the train coming by. It was a fun part of our week. We look forward to many return visits.
