"Lovely apartment with great facilities! Hard to get cases up without a lift etc. also no luggage storage so we had to pay for a local one but it wasn't too expensive! Only negatives noisy from people walking at time and no light on the first floor so when coming home late at night was quite dangerous! Very central location and they messaged when it's all ready with your code!"

"We chose this property due to its location-right in the heart of old town. I would not stay again due to uncomfortable bed and sparsely provided bedding - a singular, thin pillow and lumpy mattress pad. The entry door is next to a bar, which always had smokers sitting at the table puffing clouds of smoke as we walked in our out. "

Maybe there's too much or it needs to be better presented? Some consultation with guests/other language speakers maybe to make the considerable access info easier to absorb & to follow the lengthy instructions. But once you've done it once, it's OK. It is compact though & right in the heart of the noise in Krakow. That said, once you're inside it's fine....

"Amazing apartment just a stone throw away from the main square. Perfect spot to be right in the centre of where all the bars and restaurants are. We walked everywhere from here and was perfect for us. There’s not a lift so there’s a lot of steps to get up to the apartment but that’s just a minor when the apartment itself was so perfect. We were lucky enough to have had a balcony so had a lovely view of the top of the rynek glowny."
