"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. "Bei diesem Ferienhaus stimmte alles. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Sehr positiv empfanden wir, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich und er sprach sehr gut deutsch. Danke nochmal für alles."

"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Eine Toilette war defekt, die Spüle in der Küche nur einseitig nutzbar und das Bett mussten wir erstmal mit Panzertape reparieren. Es gibt KEINEN Kleiderschrank, also lebt man aus dem Koffer. Die Spinnweben an den Wänden und Decken haben wir erstmal entfernt, aber gegen den Modergeruch ließ sich nichts machen. Die Grillecke war ganz nett, aber zum Glück hatten wir einen eigenen Grill mit. Der vorhandene Grill war nicht nutzbar. Auch auf dem Grundstück...

"We had an amazing week enjoying the lovely autumn landscape of the Giant Mountains. The house was perfect for three families with kids age 8 to 11. It‘s also situated perfectly for trips to Pec, Schneekoppe, Ardspach, even Ponikla. The meet up with the contact person was very pleasant, too. We would love to come back again some time."

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
