Well-maintained and very clean, NEW king box spring and mattress Aug 2024, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, first floor condo (2nd to last bldg. on right) with Wireless Internet access is located on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway at Waterway Village @ River Oaks Golf , 1 mile from the spectacular International World Tour Golf Links, 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport, 4 miles to Ripken Baseball and 5 miles from the beach. You will be very comfortable in this 1,000 square foot unit which sleeps up to 4 people. There is a large L-shaped outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, indoor pool, tennis/pickle ball court, putting green and basketball hoop all on property.
Picture yourself relaxing and sipping on your favorite drink while watching the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway from the large screen porch that not only overlooks the waterway but also the outdoor pool. I honestly believe that once you rent this unit that you will want to come back again and again!

Outstanding vacation
This condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the screened-in porch which made it very enjoyable to sit and read, play games or watch the boats go by, all without the pesky insects. The breeze was fantastic. It was close to all the sites we visited. The owner Don was a pleasure to communicate with and always responded promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

End of School Trip
This was the perfect location for my family at Myrtle Beach. Not too far from everything we intend to do while we were here. The property manager, Mr. Bishop was very helpful and very tentative to any issues I may have had. My girls loved being able to go to the pool everyday and having a screened in porch was great. We played tons of board games and felt welcomed by the community itself. The condo was a nice size for the 3 of us and the two bathrooms made it even better knowing I didn’t have to share. Knowing that this is a gated community made us feel really safe at night. Thls is a great location if you’re looking to might be right on Kings Hwy or Ocean Blvd. I would be more than happy to book again.

The condo was lovely! Very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the waterway and pool was close by. The hot tub was clean and put to good use. Don was great to deal with and we would highly recommend this condo.

The kids and I had a great time at this location. Don had taken very good care of us from check in to check out. The property was clean as was the condo. The view was quaint and relaxing as was the screen room. Had an issue with the construction next door but Don as very helpful to get it resolved. The location was very nice as well. Too bad the outdoor pool was not heated nor the indoor pool. We had a great time and would definitely come back. The also helped ship some items that I forgot, which I’m forever grateful!

The Perfect Stay in Myrtle Beach,
This condo is perfect for a family wanting a great getaway at Myrtle. It in in a safe place in a gated community. The beach is only a short drive away and it is centrally located to most of the attractions. The owner made things very easy and gave us great directions in using the condo properly. Even the mattresses were comfortible (Many condos are not).We will definitely be back!

This condo had it all. Tennis rackets, noodles for the pool, beach towels and plenty of board games. The view from the screened in back porch was great. It is only a short distance to the beach!

An amazing week
We couldn't have found an more reasonable property for the week we stayed. Clean, neat, location to everything we were looking for from golf, bowling, shopping, and entertainment. Had a storm and power outage and cable company was wonderful to help us get everything up and running again. We will book again and recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay and great price.

We loved the condo from the moment we entered the gate. The grounds are very nice and the condo is gorgeous. The condo was close enough to shops and the beach but not in the busy hustle. We were down for the Cal Ripken Experience and the fields were only 10 minutes away so very convenient! Don was was helpful with questions and recommendations. Very easy rental experience, highly recommend for your MB stay!

Best place we have stayed at in Myrtle Beach for the price value. Its clean and comfortable and quiet. Lots of older residents in the area with a few other condos in the property being rented out to other vacationers; so you get a variety of people. Lots of things to do in property, basketball, fishing off the pier, tennis, putting green, pool, and many more. Don was very easy to talk to over text and I'm sure if i was to have called them, they would have been just as nice in person. Very reasonable pricing for an awesome little spot! Thank you, and we will be back if they'll allow us. 🙏

Owner Don could not be better to deal with. The condo is perfect. First floor, close to pool and waterway view. The owner continues to improve upon property, not that there's much to improve but this year compared to 2 years ago the place looks even better. Owner had upgraded some of the furniture. I love this condo. Even the neighbors are very nice. If this condo has any poor reviews there is no way that they can be a legitimate review. Thanks again Don.

This condo is steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway in a gated complex, with both indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor pool has too many lounge chairs and tables to count so there was never an issue with seating. Both pools also stay open until 11 pm which is perfect for that late night swim. Kitchen is fully stocked and the refrigerator has an ice maker that works like a champ. Master bed was very comfortable. Our teen daughters shared the other bedroom and both said their beds were also comfy. Don the owner is very good with arrival instructions and also checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was going well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Gorgeous home
My family absolutely loved this property. There’s 24hr security at the gate. Beautiful small lake with fountain. Entire property is very beautiful and clean. Not to mention quiet. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool along with a hot tub. All the guests we met at pool are friendly and helpful. The home itself is very beautiful and has absolutely everything you need! The screened sun porch is very large and spectacular views of waterway and you can watch boats and jet skis. Kitchen is extremely well stocked and we really liked having a washer and dryer too! Tons of fresh towels in bathroom and very clean. Owner is very easy to reach and takes care of any of your needs! We will definitely return. I highly recommend. You are also very close to the beach and attractions but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.
