The only good thing about this property was that it was a last minute booking and the staff nice ! The room smelled so mildewed that it about made me sick ! The ice machine was broken so we had to go to the building next door to get ice . We were only there for one night and of course it decided to storm and come to find out the indoor pool isn’t working for some reason! An employee told us we could go a few miles away to the other hotel and use there’s so we did and that was the pictures and all that I was looking at when booking the hotel. Also I had to pay a few separately once I got there as well as a 25$ deposit but days later I had my payment updated for over $100 !!! I have yet to figure that out ! If we were going to be there more than one night we wouldn’t have stayed there!! I could honestly keep going on about it.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived, the parking lot was unorganized and the main lobby was packed. The employees were nice but the professionalism of the staff not working the front desk was unacceptable. Our shower head was horrible, the hallways were hot, the elevator was questionable and the floors were dirty. The pools were dirty and the water was very filthy. The sheets were dirty and laundry was short on extra towels. This was not a resort and guests shouldn’t be charged for that. We never knew when our key card would or wouldn’t work. Parking was hard to find also. It was nice to be close to the beach but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Worst hotel in Myrtle beach
This was the worst kept hotel have ever stayed at. We stayed in the north towel .. the room are outdated .. stove was nasty, carpet was filthy and smelled. The door knob was broke and kept falling off.. we had to buy toilet tissue for the room. The entrance door to the building never locked so anyone could enter .. the ice machine was broken and elevated on blocks . The whole motel smelled like mildew and mold. The microwave was rusted and peeling in the inside( top).. I didn’t ask if every room was the same and was told yes by the man at the front desk.. I could write a book about this place.. management and the owners should be ashamed to have a motel like this. It need to be report and condemned !! The only positive was it didn’t have bedbugs .. i would rather sleep in my car or camp on the beach before staying here again.. DONT STAY HERE!!

I do believe that the decor was 'old' rather than dirty. I wish they had had a jacuzzi. Proximity to beach and ease to getting there were excellent. Parking can be a little tricky. Dogs are permitted, which was a big deal to me. Overall, had a good experience

This property should not be allowed to call itself a resort and it should be illegally for them to charge resort fees. The building we stayed at (one of the 3) looked dirty the minute we stepped inside. Water constantly dripping by the entrance of the building right where you walked in. Water also constantly dripping on the balcony with standing water. Inside the room, the couch and carpet on the floor looked like they have not been cleaned for decades. There was a small amount of dog food left under the chair, indicating that the room was not cleaned before we checked in. We were supposed to stay for 9 nights, but left after only 1 night. It is the DIRTIEST hotel I/we ever stayed at! The property looked NOTHING like the pictures they advertised. The whole property needs to be closed for renovation. It makes you wonder how this property passed the health inspection. However, the front desk staff was nice, especially Rachel. She deserves better than this property.

At the beach, you get what you pay for for the property. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Good coffee at 7:30.
