You get the whole house with a private driveway, a big patio deck, and a big private backyard with corn hole and life-size connect games. The home has new flooring and comes fully furnished with new furniture, two comfortable new king-size beds, and two full-size bunk beds. It has two 65" 4K TVs with YoutubeTV, Peacock, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There are life-size games, board games, and two dedicated workspaces (one has two giant 24" monitors and a docking station). Enjoy grilling and playing games on the back patio. It's a 3-4 mins walking distance to the beach and fishing pier. Amusement parks, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay
Check in process was late because the previous tenant did not leave on time. Cleaning crew was courteous. Manager was responsive and offered an additional night for free.

Great experience!
Few things were little off, nothing that was deal breaker of any kind. Some closet doors off and propped to the side, couch was not able to be pulled out and made into a bed, cornhole bags need replaced, and dust pan missing. But very minute things and nothing to complain about (didn’t even mention to the host, very minute issues). Overall very happy with the property! VERY clean. Check in was a breeze. Good location, short walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay here very much!

My friend who I organized the trip for said it was perfect! Everything was as advertised. Location was amazing as well. 2 minute walk to the beach and close to everything else. I would definitely recommend this place again!
