Really enjoyed it
Wonderful location and view. A handful of steps away from the beach and several good restaurants and shops. Very clean house with all the essentials. The host is a great communicator. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient Location
Apartment was in a great location! Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Also, very close to the beach. The parking space was an added bonus! Apartment was clean and comfortable. I do agree with the other review, the lights shine in the window at night, may want a sleep mask.

Awesome location!
The home is very clean and cozy. Everything you could ever want to do at Myrtle Beach is within walking distance or a short Uber drive. The only recommendation I have is to put up light and noise blocking curtains in both the bedrooms. The street lamps and traffic made it very hard to get a good nights sleep.

Very nice accommodations, but very sparce on the amenities. Coffee maker didn't work and WIFI never worked , even after we told the owner it wasn't working on our first day. No blender. Would rent again!

Surprised But Safe
This property was clean and quaint but the pictures were slightly deceiving online in that we were not on the beach and could not see the beach from the deck unless we leaned over to the right as there was a new hotel/structure being built directly in front of the property. If you are seniors please be prepared to walk up 3 sets of stairs and take your time. Aside from that, we made the best of a surprising situation and felt safe while there.

Small mishap in the beginning due to my error. But Bob was completely understanding and everything was easily and quickly rectified. Inside apartment is beautiful and open area great for little ones to run around. Everything you need for a great time. Piece of advice is when rinsing off outside from beach, let hose run before spraying on yourself as it sits partly in the sun and may be hot at first.. would totally recommend and would go back next time we come down

pictures on line obviously old, house was musty, traffic noise was horrible all day all night. no ocean view as a new building is being built right in front of the house, 27 stairs to enter and exit on, not listed it the ad. My husband has MS and found the stairs very difficult .

Great place right by the water!
Absolutely, if you want a place that has a pool, look for a hotel somewhere. But, for the same price (or even lower), get this place because it has multiple beds, a way to kick back and relax, no parking hassles even though you're right by the Boardwalk and all the festivities, etc., etc., etc. The TVs in every room is great, though we only used the living room one. The Internet is strong. There was not only ice in the freezer, but a few ice packs which was really useful for my recently operated on knee. Strictly for planning purposes, there is no iron or ironing board, just an FYI. And there are no consumables like shampoo or conditioner or soap so make sure you bring your own. Also, there is a floor-and-a-third of stairs... quite a few wrapping around. So if that is an issue, take it into consideration. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH OUR STAY. If we come back to Myrtle Beach, we'd stay here.

PERFECT location, PERFECT accommodations!
We truly enjoyed our 4 day honeymoon, staying in this amazing rental! When we initially booked our stay, we were a bit leary about being above a store. However, the store did not affect our stay AT ALL! The stairs could potentially hinder elderly, as there are quite a few. Once you're up the stairs though, and you walk onto the deck, you're instantly in the heart of what Myrtle Beach Downtown is all about! You can see all of the nightlife, and the huge "Sky Wheel" ferris wheel. We loved the view of the ocean from there too! It made for some beautiful sunrises! Once you walk into the apartment, you instantly feel at home. We had all of the amenities in the apartment that we could possibly need! Although, if you like your coffee extremely hot, the coffee pot doesn't get too hot. The manager did leave some coffee starters though. The little sealed starters camr with premade coffee filters and creamers and sugars. That was a plus since we got in late and didnt have time to buy some of those bare essentials. He even left a roll of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator for our first morning there. We felt like we were definitely taken care of! The windows did tend to let in lots of light as the shades were merely bamboo blinds. However, we temporarily covered the windows with blankets to block out light in the early mornings. With all of that, we felt like we had found a hidden gem and never wanted to leave! We are looking forward to our next stay herw with the kids during our summer vacations!!! Because this is our new annual vacation spot!

Unexpected property
The hosts of this property were very kind people and they own a store below the property. Their employee, Rochelle, was a rock star. That being said, the property was not what we thought it would be. The photos were a little misleading and the check in process was a total mess. We got to the property after 8 pm and could not get in until after 9. The host kept saying the cleaning lady would be right down. When we got up to the room, the bedding for one room was in the dryer and the washer was full of wet towels. I realize that there were issues with the previous guests, but that was tough. I was also surprised because the description stated that it was an upscale condominium. The property is dated and in need of remodeling. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. The cooking utensils were old and hard to cook with. The neighborhood was a little rough and there were sirens every night. We did enjoy our stay, but we were careful to be in early and not walk around at night.

All and all its a good spot. The price was fair, I wouldnt call it upscale. Location is great, on the strip, close to the beach, close to the boardwalk. Photo of views not accurate, there is 5 story building blocking most of the beach view now. Daily construction was a headache. Not very clean, the garbage disposal and dishwasher spewed water if ran. One toilet ran non stop unless you turn the water off Tvs are outdated. Deck furniture is cheap plastic and a wobbly rusted table. No grill even though it was in the listing. The deck itself is big and private but needs attention. Lots of nails sticking up and splinters. We were told we couldn't check in until 7pm, the listing said 3.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The deck was our favorite part even though the view was not as pictured. There is now a building blocking most of the ocean view. The street view can be entertaining though. Unit was clean, we had everything we needed. Check in was extremely easy, host was pleasant. Would definitely stay there again..

Nice condo but not as advertised with location and view
Condo was very nice. The pictures of the views from balcony is outdated. A new condo is built blocking a lot of the ocean view seen on the picture. And lastly the location says boardwalk and it’s one street over where all vehicles go through town.
