Needs Work, but Location and Amenities are Great
Pros: - major issues were fixed quickly (sliding glass door was off track, shower had a leak, not enough bedding or towels) - Location is excellent - Walkable Ben and Jerry’s, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme and many other restaurants - Walkable fun zone and sky wheel - Near broadway - Shaded pool/lazy river/hot tub/ kiddie pool - Kiddie pool hot tub and pool in sun - Lifeguards on beach Cons: - Parking garage was very small - Room needs a good deep cleaning and the bathroom needs worked on - door is difficult to close, toilet runs, wallpaper is dirty, and shower handle is loose - Not enough space for clothes - there’s one dresser and a small closet - One frying pan/no baking sheets - Small dining table with 3 chairs - No room to store food except on the fridge/freezer

Great location … needs some work
I’ve stayed at this resort many times, just not at this unit. We needed to alter our arrangements by a day and the owner was very accommodating! When we arrived on 5/20, the unit hadn’t been cleaned immediately prior to our arrival. I contacted the owner who was very apologetic and sent housekeeping immediately; however, when they arrived it was a woman with a child and I told her I had cleaning supplies and would handle it. The unit needs some work as bath fixtures are separating from the wall, there are holes from towel bars being placed and replaced many times, there is nothing to hang up any clothes in the bathroom (like a hook on the back of the door), the refrigerator is dented, kitchen cupboards stick and are hard to open as well as some are completely chipped. The floors were grimy. The beds were not comfortable. (Mine felt like I was sleeping on a box spring that was 10 years old and it was sunken in in the middle.) There are very limited kitchen supplies. There isn’t a mixer or a baking sheet. No wish or bowl scraper. No frying pan, but there is a small stock pot and two saucepans. No blender… so smoothies are not an option. The toaster works well and so does the coffee pot. There are some dishes and bowls as well as glasses and wine glasses. Silverware is ok. The view is wonderful as with all units here -oceanfront. Unit needs a few additional convenience items for a week’s stay or longer, and it could use a really good deep cleaning. But overall it’s nice.

Spent 4 days here! Clean, compact and comfortable! Quiet building, well stocked, and you can park on your floor! Lots of towels. Would recommend!
