Ocean Lakes Site S-25, 3 bed/2bath ground level with optional golf cart

Discover the charm of this beautifully remodeled three-bedroom home, ideal for your upcoming family getaway. It boasts new furniture, flooring, and a modern kitchen.

Relax in the cozy family room, complete with a couch, two chairs, and a Roku TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a table seating four.

The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. The two additional bedrooms feature Queen beds and TVs. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

Amenities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, and an outdoor shower area to rinse off after the beach.
So we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply:

If you’re looking for a place to party, please move onto another property
Must be 25 to rent (families)
Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine)
No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted
Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines). Contact me for details on the golf cart.
We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card fees!

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
