14th floor + elevator. Relaxing and comfy condo with beautiful view of the ocean. walking distance to the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located close to ocean blvd. and all main attractions.

The Space:
12th floor, Relaxing & comfy place, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 Murphy bed in the living room, small kitchenette equipped with all basics, AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.
* Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed
