Amazing interior and everything you might need for a lovely summer vacation at the beach. Great location for family and dogs as it is near the beach and all attractions. Will definitely come back.

MB Girls Trip
We had such a wonderful time! The house was very nice. We loved the layout, and that it has 3 full baths. Very comfortable for sure. Also, to have the Walmart Neighborhood Store in walking distance made it easy to get groceries.

There was a mix up with our rental when we got there, but the property manager took care of this immediately. The condo was very nice with short walk to the beach. The stairs were a bit difficult for us.

Baseball Tournament Stay
The property was clean and had everything a traveler would need. There were luggage racks in each bedroom which made for easier unpacking and helpful when we repacked to leave. I’ve not had these in other VRBO properties. The property manager was accessible and responded promptly to all our inquiries. Very close access to the beach (walking distance). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

James the owner was so accommodating!!!! We had to book last minute as our initial reservations where cancelled. James came to the rescue allowed us to checkin early the same day and even bought the girls and I champagne . I would highly recommend this place and by the way it’s in walking distance to the beach, Walmart, put put golf and a host of others places

Great location, nice property
We stayed for the month of January and really enjoyed this unit. The beach was one block away and an easy walk. We were within walking distance to the grocery store and close to dog parks and entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped and management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Some previous reviews mentioned not feeling safe in the neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe when we were out walking the dog. If we return to Myrtle Beach in future years, we would definitely rebook.

Nice new place
Very nice clean house. Very short walk to the beach with public access at the end of 19th Ave. Owner is very friendly and available with any answers you may need. WiFi wouldn’t show up but we were able to tap in to unit next door without issue. Lots of Grubhub options to the location for people not wanting to eat at restaurants. Great location on the beach for digging for conch shells. Would definitely stay again.

Great Beach Stay
Great location near the beach - less than 5 min walk. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. Master bedroom is huge. Only downside is the wall between the attached unit might not have enough insulation as could I could hear the family in the other unit's tv, music, and general noise when in certain rooms. May not be a problem for others though depending on who is renting the other unit. Property manager is very nice and accommodating to questions and requests. Some of the hotels near the home are a little sketchy but did not feel unsafe. Very dog friendly - lots of grassy areas for them to use and they have baggies available to pick up after your furry friend. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

We had a great stay! The manager James is fantastic. Very responsive and committed to you enjoying your stay. Little details make such a difference. Nice to have a your own custom code to the door. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bags game, grill, and dog waste bags. All of the information you could possibly need comes in the form of a text and email 24 hours in advance. Great referrals for restaurants, golf and other things to do in the area. 3 full baths makes short work of lots of people needing showers. Property was very clean. Beach proximity is fantastic. Neighborhood is nice with the exception of 2 hotels near beach entrance at 19th St. We walked 1/2 block farther to 20th street beach entrance. Maybe a 4 min walk in total. All in all this is a rental that we would not hesitate to visit again.

My booking was so last minute.When I found this property , I really thought this was a scam ,then when I spoke with James LOL he sounded like a Robot over the phone Lol ..I’m like omg I just got scammed !!! .I really was about to cry !! Any who This property Is AMAZING !! Great location, 1 min walk to the beach ,2 floors 2 balconies,Good Mattresses,back didn’t hurt when I woke up ..everything is close by and nice and quiet at night …Me and my family can’t wait to go back !! Oh and James is not a Robot!! He’s Awesome!!

The property was exactly as advertised, home away from home. There were beach towels, chairs and an umbrella there for our use. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans too. Although, someone before us had put a container away dirty that had started to grow mold in it, so make sure you check before you use them. We were close to everything. Walmart was like 2 blocks away. We all enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

Great Place, Great Weather
We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to extend our summer for one more week. The property was everything we were expecting plus. It was new, clean and convenient to the beach; perhaps a two minute walk. There were plenty of TVs and the property well equipped. It was great having our own well-lighted parking spots within a few steps from the door. James was an amazing host and so responsive to our requests - he returned my call within minutes! Thank you James for making our stay a breeze and enjoyable. The weather was fantastic to boot - high 80's/low 90's making it a perfect vacation. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

4 day weekend at the beach - beautiful house
We had a great stay at the house. We had our family as well as our dog. The home is beautiful, quite new, and well stocked in all areas - including some very nice beach chairs and accessories for all to use. The house is a <5 minute walk to the beach (you can see the ocean from the patio) and the beach is nice and easy to get access. The neighborhood is transitioning as some older hotels get renovated/remodeled nearby. WalMart neighborhood market and a nice souvenir shop (huge) are both within easy walking distance or a 1-2 minute drive up the streets. Kings Hwy is right around the corner, which of course has everything on it.... We enjoyed Blackriver Outdoors kayaking in the salt water marsh one morning, nice and easy to get to with great tourguides. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the care the owner has taken in prepping the house and making it very nice and very clean.

Perfect location to the beach
If ur looking for something clean and literally a 5 min walk to the beach, this is a place to stay and dog friendly. Had everything u needed including beach chair and umbrella and towels. Had some questions and concerns without a doubt James was on it. Def recommended. Someone mention in another comment about the area. It something different from upscale. It’s def has a lot of remodel around the area but I wouldn’t worry about that no one bothers u. Just have a open mind.
