Grande Shores Oceanfront Resort is unique in that its white sandy beaches are shared along side a quiet residential neighborhood while being conveniently located near some of the best resturants, golf courses, shopping areas, and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Your family and friends are sure to enjoy the resort's wide aray of amenities which include the indoor and outdoor heated pools, 2 outdoor lazy rivers; 1 ground level ocean side next to 1 of the pools and the other on the 7th floor roof top near 5 of the hot tubs; all encompassed by elevated panoramic shoreline views.

Offered for your convenience and dinning pleasure is the resort's full service on-site restaurant, Shoreline Cafe, equipped with a bar that includes a happy hour and daily drink specials. The outdoor oceanfront pool area is equipped with both a staffed grill that serves lunch daily and a bar serving all types of drinks.

Unit 323 has recently been redecorated so as to provide additional comfort and relaxation pleasures. Each of the 2 bedroom has a HD Flat Screen TV. The living room is also equipped with a HD Flat Screen TV. The kitchen has several small appliances and is well equipped for whatever level of food preparation you desire. Off from the kitchen area is a washer and dryer. Bed linens and bathroom towels are also provided. Housekeeping service is only at time of departure..

The master bedroom offers 1 king bed with covered balcony while the second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a window. The unit sleeps 8. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room in case additional privacy is desired.

Because of the unit's location, covered parking is directly in front of the entrance way door of the unit for added convenience.

No smoking or pets are allowed.

NOTE: Responsible party (person who signs the contract) must be at least 25 years old and remain at the condo for the duration of the rental period . Photo ID is required with signed contract.

Vacation rental was everything it said it was. Clean and updated with everything you need and more. Comfortable beds and balcony with ocean view was awesome. Short drive to many restaurants and attractions. Loved being on beach and having pools and hot tubs. Definitely one of our best vacations. Will definitely rent again.

Nice condo in a crowded resort complex
Clean unit with easy check-in process and good host communication/response; well-equipped kitchen; condo had what we needed for the week, including linens & towels. The Grande Shores complex has good amenities, but very crowded everywhere, as expected during summer. The fitness rm is tiny, so we didn’t use it at all. The best part is proximity to the beach, which is also crowded, but clean with soft sand. Located near attractions and restaurants. The parking is covered & in front of the unit, which is convenient. The unit’s entrance is within & faces the parking garage; the 2nd BR is dark since its window also faces the garage. Overall, the interior of the condo is older, but comfortable, while the resort as a whole was a bit too busy for us.

Great condo, accurate description. Convenient to everything. The only downfall was that we had to purchase beach chairs and had to leave them behind because we were traveling by air. The 2 umbrellas and the 1 beach chair that was there were broken. Otherwise, the accommodations were super.

The condo was so cute. Loved all the decor. It was the perfect size for two couples. We so enjoyed the deck to sit out on. The condo is right near the beach. Walking distance about 2 minutes to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you might need. Anytime I had a question or concern the owner got back to me promptly. I would certainly stay there again. We had a great time.

Property was beautifully decorated and had everything required for a pleasant stay. Kitchen was more well-stocked than any we’ve had before. Appreciated the extra hooks in the bathroom for robes, towels, etc. Ample storage. Included beach umbrella and other beach gear. Towels were thick and luxurious. No complaints!

Disappointing overall for the $$$ spent. Condo surface clean but needed a deep cleaning, especially the artificial plants-dusty. Inadequate supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, soaps and paper towels. Facilities were also dirty or maybe just the clientele not picking up after themselves, pools small and overcrowded, but the view from the 7th floor pool was beautiful. 2nd bedroom loud due to parking garage and bright lights into window. Good beach access. I won't be returning.

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed the stay in 2021 . Our condo was great and had no issues with that BUT very disappointed with the management and monitoring the people that are staying for a couple days in the hotel and letting their kids run wild. The teenager’s language in the pool was unacceptable for adults let alone the small children there, the kids jumping off the lazy river , throwing rocks into it, spraying a hose meant for cleaning onto a disabled man’s motorized cart after being told to stop, using the lazy rivers floats in the pool to the point there was no room for swimming, taking the floats to the ocean and leaving them there, throwing wet pool towels down the hallways, leaving pool towels laying on the beach, the rough housing on the pool deck and to each other , one teen jumped onto a girls head and called her a despicable name , wearing every day clothes into the pool and shoes! Just a total disregard for rules and lack of respect! We make our kids obey the posted rules and respect the condo and property and it’s hard to tell them why others are getting away with it . The bartender tried to tell them and when the manager finally showed up they had disbursed but the tension at the pool was palpable and uncomfortable! It was hardly a relaxing atmosphere. The other problem was the pool being dirty for most of our stay to the point I wouldn’t even get in it . Seemed like MGMT. just gave you answers to appease you not resolution.

Great Find
PROS - The owner was very helpful and prompt answering questions, mailing keys and returning the deposit. The location is as described and the photos are exactly what you get. The rooms are smaller than they appear, but it was perfect for 2 moms with 2 14 year-old girls. LOVED that you could park on the same floor as the unit; made packing and unpacking a breeze. We didn't use the pools because we prefer the beach, but they looked nice. Lots of linens and towels! Roomy bathrooms. Unit was clean and I would recommend it to others. I would even rent it again if the cons could be addressed :) CONS - Sharp knives are non-existent. There are steak knives, but they barely sliced butter. Bake ware is needed (13x9 dish, corning wear, pizza pan, etc.). The toaster went on the blink while we were there. The washing machine didn't fill with water so it was useless. The beds are VERY soft; too soft for my liking! WiFi was very finicky and phone calls had to be made from the balcony.

Dirty and poorly maintained
We entered the condo at 3:55pm (check in was 4pm) after driving 7 hours with small children to find the unit hadn’t been turned/cleaned/prepared from the last guests…extremely dirty, food in fridge, dirty towels and linens everywhere, unmade beds, etc. After calling and speaking with the owner/host, he said he would call the cleaner. He called back and said the cleaner should be there soon. I explained that this is unacceptable and he just kept saying to give her a couple of hours to clean. The cleaner then arrived smelling of weed (to the point the whole unit now smelled of it), stayed for only 20 minutes to “clean” while I helped prepare the beds with their linens. Once she left, the condo was sticky everywhere, broken glass on the kitchen floor, I could go on and on. The owner never even bothered to call back to check to see if the unit was cleaned or not. Zero communication. The unit itself despite being dirty is in major need of renovation - it’s pretty banged up and rusted everywhere, dishwasher had mold all through it. The second bedroom’s window faced inside the parking garage (the entrance door is right in parking garage) so that made me nervous for my small children. The balcony is extremely loud since it’s right above the indoor pool and right at the lobby entrance so it’s a constant traffic jam of cars. The plus side of the unit is all the beds were very comfortable, the shower heads were nice, and it came with a beach cart/caddy and sand toys. Make sure to bring all necessities like trash bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. as they didn’t supply these items. We would probably return to the resort but definitely not in this unit or with this host/owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was off season so it was very quiet. The condo is in great shape. It has everything we need. The neighborhood is very nice. We look forward to staying again.
