We invite you to stay at our wonderful 5 Star review 2-bedroom, 2 bath spacious condo found in the Magnolia Pointe Community in sought after Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas - on the Golf Course, with Private Balcony and a Beautiful Golf Course View, Sleeps 5 and Great Rates!

MYRTLEWOOD is centrally located to ALL that Myrtle Beach has to offer (yet we are out of the hustle and bustle). It has beautiful grounds, walking/ biking trails, 7 pools, 2 golf courses, is approximately a mile straight out of the drive to the Gorgeous Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants and family fun!

** Keeping our Condo Clean and Updated is our Number 1 Priority for Guests.

*Our housekeeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings, to be ready prior to your arrival.

Our Condo is located on the 3rd/top floor. Being on the top floor you will find that we have Cathedral Ceilings, along with the additional serenity as no one is above you.w

* PLEASE: RESPONSIBLE GUESTS ONLY. ** -
Guests must be at least 25 years old to Reserve and Rent our condo. (Please Note: our place is NOT a “partying” condo).

Condo Sleeps up to 5 guests (MAX is 5).

Sorry NO PETS allowed.

We are a Non Smoking /Vaping condo, including the balcony. Ash container can be found downstairs.

~The Second Bedroom has New Twin Beds with New Mattress’s for Adults or Children, Full Closet, Dresser, TV and Full Bathroom.

~Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.

*Hair Dryers are in both bathrooms.
*Towels, Sheets, Blankets and Pillows are Provided (However Beach Towels are Not).

*Full Size Washer and Dryer. Ironing Board and Iron.
*Flat-screen TVs in the Living Room and Bedrooms.
*Free WIFI.

*We provide Keyless Entry: Prior to arrival, we will give a personal access code to our door, as well as directions to our place once inside Myrtlewood. Very easy~ Go right to our condo!

**If booking for Events (Cal Ripken, Dance/ Cheer Competition’s etc) the parent or legal guardian must accompany their child or children.

*PLEASE NOTE: Per Magnolia Pointe Rules: Motorcycles, Slingshot Vehicles,Scooters, Motor Homes, Buses, Jet Skis, Boats, Recreational Equipment and Trailers are not permitted on the property~

~ ENJOY THE WALKING/BIKING TRAILS as well as the many Outdoor Pools and Grilling Areas: Guests will find Charcoal Grills at the Pool Areas. We have grilling utensils for your convenience.

* GOLF ~ If you are a Golfer, you will find 2 Golf Courses in Myrtlewood- Pine Hill and Palmetto , as well as a Driving Range, Putting Green, Clubhouse, and a (Casual) Restaurant overlooking the Intracostal Waterway. We are also near many Golf Courses that Myrtle Beach is known for.

* BEACH~ Take time to enjoy the beautiful stretch of Myrtle Beach - straight out of the driveway, approximately 1 mile from our condo is the famous section of the beach known as the 'Golden Mile' that has unobstructed views! No Hotels at this beach! Lots of Public Parking and we provide the Beach Chairs, Beach Toys and even Boogie Boards! The Grand Strand has many beaches for you to enjoy!

*We are CENTRAL TO: Many Restaurants and Shopping! such as Broadway on Beach (Ripley's Aquarium), Barefoot Landing and Outlet Stores. The Skywheel, CAL Ripkin, Miniature Golf, Water Park, Nasar Go - Carts, MB Convention Center, Market Commons along with Grocery Stores and Pharmacies. Don't forget the Entertainment as well as Murrells Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, State Parks, Dolphin Tours.. the list goes on!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vacanti's villa in MB. It came as advertised (in the photos). The villa was clean and quiet and close to nearly everything. The check-in/out process was easy. They provide you a "starter" kit (i.e. dishwashing detergent, TP, etc.). If I were to ask for one thing, it would be that the TV service had the Golf Channel (yeah, I know a first world problem). We would definitely consider staying here again if our travels take us back to MB. George Lai

I would reccommend this condo to anyone looking for a real nice place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was just immaculate. When i come to mrytle beach, south carolina again if this condo is available i would love to stay again. The owners (Terry and Vicki) are very nice people. I was there for a conference at the Convention center and wanted to stay off-site. Centrally located, quiet, clean, reasonably priced, and well-furnished condo. Enjoyed the walking trails and pretty setting. Owners are fabulous communicators with quick responses. I'd definitely come back!
