I would never stay at this hotel again. When we arrived there was no way to get into the resort, no guidance as to where to go to check-in, we had to call the resort and was told to contact a woman by the name of Barbara on the premises. We called Barbara but apparently Barbara doesn’t like to pick up phone calls and she replies to text messages mad late. We eventually get to our room where the room is completely different from what we booked online. There were no oceanfront we only had ocean view. There was no lazy river as it is pictured on the Expedia website. Also, there was little damages around the room. We did get a discount refunded back to us, but it was definitely aggravating to come to a hotel room that I wasn’t expected to come to. When booking this room on Expedia, I was not informed that this was a third-party reservation. According to Barbara, the woman on the premises, there was no around the clock housekeeping, We weren't allowed to get more tissue or towels or Washcloths. We had to wash everything on our own and pay for it out of pocket on top of what I paid for the room. Upon checking out of course we did not clean because we pay good money for this unit and did not get any services. I was definitely furious when I got a text from Barbara stating that I was going to get charged for damages that I did not do and cleaning service that we already paid for when we booked the unit. She was quick to text after we left but took forever to text when I was there.
