I was totally disappointed with our stay at Blue Water Resort. First, the door code was not emailed to me at 4:00pm. After multiple calls and emails to various people, we got the code around 11:00 pm. In the meantime, we stood in the hall with our luggage. Neither of us felt very safe. The next day, the key card for the garage quit working. We then spent time emailing and texting VRBO and Empire to get the card working. We could not get into the garage to get the car out without the key card. Also, we could not get into various areas of the property without the key card. This took over 24 hours to fix. I really did not enjoy spending hours emailing, texting, and calling to get these problems fixed. I went on vacation to get away from technology. Then, the TV kept buffering due to the poor internet. We were unable to watch anything on TV. We were given 4 towels for 2 people for our stay of 4 nights. Overall, due to the lack of communication and technology issues, our vacation was not as relaxing as I had hoped. I will not be using Empire Reality nor VRBO again.
