We would return to the location. The pool set up was great and we were so close to family kingdom. About a mile walk north to the main part of the boardwalk. The kitchen could use a few more amenities for cooking

Great location. Good amount of condo space. Easy to get in and get out. Carpets are dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Door handles broken and 1 of the bathroom handles won’t lock or stay closed. All shower and sink drains backup and don’t drain properly. 2 balconies, one street view and the other partial ocean view which was nice.

Lovely Place

Dirty rooms…. Nice beach
The room was dirty! Dust in the vents, tile grout hasn’t been cleaned ever, didn’t clean behind the curtains (found toys and crap from the previous stay). I wouldn’t recommend going out alone at night. Just stay at the condo. I will say the pools were nice and the beach access was perfect!

Spring Break mid March 2023 was cold, but the apartment was great. Balcony in living area overlooking the beach, balcony in the main bedroom overlooking the main street. Floor to ceilings windows. Multiple pools and spas. Closed to shopping, food, and an amusement park(closed). Other than it freezing on a beach vacation it was perfect.

Great location but in need of some serious updates
This location is great if you are a beach person like us. However we ran into some issues while staying here. There were no wash clothes and when I told them they told us we would have to wait til the next day or purchase some and get reimbursed. The microwave handle was broken and the glass fell everytime we tried to open it. The dishwasher button was broken and VERY sharp. We did enjoy the property pools. The kids pool should've been heated, none of the kids wanted to play in it because it felt like ice water.

Great Experience
We were very please with this booking. The place was clean. It was in a good area and it met all our needs. I was a little weary as I had read several of the reviews that spoke negatively, mostly about not being clean or needing updating. I noticed that most of the reviews were older and decided to give it a try. We were very satisfied and glad that we took our chances with it. I had also read that the kitchen was only stocked with the bare essentials. That was the case but I was also prepared for that. My favorite thing about this place is all the windows. There were floor to ceiling windows in every room and I really enjoyed the views. Would definitely book this place again.

Would not refund cleaning charges
They waited until I return home to decline cleaning charges. I submitted photos and videos. Theirs is so much dust falling from the back of the master room door, the ceiling vent are full of dust to the point the dust is on the ceiling. The master tub water backs up. The carpet is filthy. The broken key fob on the master door, make it hard to open. The towel rack in the master bath is broken so be careful. The couch has a hole on the left side. The table chair seats are broken on 2 chairs. The dining room table had food stuck in the creases. The couch is very dirty. There was sock left under the bed. There were shorts left in the washer. The bed skirt are very dirty. The lamp shades are full of dust and dirty. There is tons of dirt and food under the tv stand in the living room. It was awful trying to sleep in this place and they keep saying someone was coming to address the matter but no one never came . I have. The middle light fixture above the bar has a gap with bad repair, it will fall down, the master light is out so lifting is dull. The top blankets are very nasty and dirty.

Honest Review
The property manager does not reply to messages at all! We had the main door malfunction and after using the code one time the door would engage but would not fully open. We contacted the owner via message and heard no reply! So if we wouldn’t have had someone in the room at the time we found this out we would have been stuck outside the room. We had 3 adults and 3 children under the age of 10 and I do give it 1 star for being spacious. However, it’s outdated the minceowave front plate comes away every time you open the microwave door. The big bathroom on the big room had black mold on the curtain and the sealant around the tub. The other room and bathroom was fine. If your planning on renting this bring extra utensils and plates of you are planning to eat there a couple times as there are only 4 bowls and small plates and only 2 forks. It was in a great location but due to communication issues and the black mold on the bathroom I would not stay here again.

Just okay!
Condo is in a great beach front location, however, the photos online were staged quite well compared to what you actually see when you walk in. First off, the balcony off the large corner room is nothing worthy of using because it’s right by the extremely loud street. The tub in that room also has jets that were filled with mold when we arrived. We communicated to Vacasa about it and followed up and they came the next day to clean it. But there was so much mold that it could not have been from the previous stay alone, but we were thankful they heard our cries and the lady did a good job cleaning it. The A/C also broke in the main part of the unit which we notified them of and told them that we had an infant with us but still no one ever came to fix it. The middle room had absolutely no windows or ventilation which meant that we did not sleep comfortably and got up multiples times during the night in order to go on the balcony for some relief from heat and stuffiness. This same room also had a dirty toilet upon arrival; it looked like someone threw up in there and then shaved on top of it. Not sure how someone could clean our unit and leave it like that but that’s how we found it! It made for pretty uncomfortable stay but we made the best of it by spending as much time outside as possible. The place obviously needs updating and upkeep; for instance some of the grout under the sinks kept coming down as I was washing my face. And the carpet was well stained and could use a deep cleaning. And the toilet seats have lots of stuff in the hinges, they need to be replaced. If it wasn’t for the location and the girl actually showing up to clean the jets, I would give less stars. But vacasa was very responsive to my texts; not sure what happened with fixing the A/C.

Father's Day weekend Stay
The rental was just as it was described. I had no issues with using the key pad to let myself when it was time to check in. The front desk allowed me to get my two parking passes and wrist bands earlier during the day prior to check in time. We were able to kill wait time at the pool area which was very convenient. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again if I was to visit the area again.
