Later when we stated the room was so dirty, we could not stay, there was no attempt to assist us in any way. Instead, our checkout list was sent. Even when we requested a phone call (acknowledging we would not be refunded), I was not called. When I finally spoke with a representative, he claimed the room was indeed clean before we arrived.
