A great condo to visit with old friends
What a perfect place to visit with old friends. The condo was spotless, so comfortable and nicely updated. It had everything we needed, with great views of the ocean. Tom answered all of our questions promptly before and during our visit. He met us at the condo at check in which was very convenient and saved us dealing with the front desk. Easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Will definitely visit again!

The condo is comfortable and well kept. The location is perfect. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. My only negative was that it was on the 9th floor and the parking garage was busy and difficult to maneuver at times.

Well done except a front desk person rudely told my kids to be quiet when we returned from an event. It was suppose to be a fun time, but instead the lady came to the garage and was rude saying it was too late for them to be loud. I was parking the car and was not there at the time.

This property was just as it was described on the website. The check in process was quick and easy. The property manager met us at the condo and conducted a walk through with us. We did not have to deal with the front desk at all which was also great since it was packed and the lines were long. The washing machine stopped working and Tom was there within an hour. Overall a great experience for our family!!

We very much enjoyed this spacious property. There were four of us plenty of room. Balcony was amazing. Check in and communication were top notch. Easy access to Beach. Girls Birthday Trip
We stayed here to celebrate my aunt and cousins 70th birthday. The condo was in a fantastic location with easy access to the pools and the beach. The unit was fully equipped and we had no issues cooking meals. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Nice for the 4 day weekend
Stayed with family and friends for a 4 day weekend. Property looked just like pictured and property manager was super nice and efficient. Parking was a little tight during most of the weekend but nothing impossible to achieve. Loved that the property had oscillating fans in each bedroom for those people who sleep with fans on.

Brief stay for family reunion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The unit was well appointed. The owners were very accommodating. If I had one constructive comment it would be, to purchase a new shower head for the main bathroom. It appears to be leaking at the top and water pressure was compromised. Also, wish we had known that the outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy river were all under construction and unable to be used. We did use the indoor hot tub and pool. Other than that, the unit was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the beach.

February Getaway Myrtle Beach
Great stay for a full month. Location was excellent with great oceanfront views, easy access to condo, excellent proximity to amenities such as golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Three bedrooms, easily accommodated five adults, with room for more. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Two full baths with lots of shower and beach towels. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. During our stay, we were short on plates, and owners were quick to bring new full sets. In-unit washer and dryer was nice to have. Slept with sliding glass door to hear waves crashing on the beach. Due to exterior improvements and maintenance, outdoor pool and jacuzzis were closed. Weird/hidden access to indoor pool and jacuzzi but once we found it, it was clean and comfortable. This area could use a little TLC, but we used it several times. Tucked-under parking garage was a big plus. Best golf courses we played (out of 11): Caledonia, Willbrook, Thistle, Wild Wing and Grande Dunes. Tom and Andy (managers) were personable and quick to respond/act. Would highly recommend this three-bedroom, Two-bath unit.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful flat… It’s the perfect location if you’re going on excursions to Sand Dollar Island and the Wild Horse tour. The place is immaculate … The shower in the master bedroom is super luxurious… We had our first drink of “Eternal Water”… I would maybe recommend some additional weather using on the enclosed stairwell due to the smell of mold/mildew which set both my husband and daughter’s allergies off… There was just a little leak with the washing machine which the owners offered to come fix right away and, the dishwasher was very nice but, there was slight difficulty with getting it started when we left because the instruction buttons are obscured when the machine is shut… Not a biggie but, a little stressful because that was one of the tidy up requirements -to run the dishes…The biggest issue for us was the allergens in the enclosed, outside stairwell… Once you’ve entered the home though, there is no indication of a smell… Overall, our stay was splendid and the accommodations were cRaZy nice… We’d definitely stay there again… if allergies weren’t a consideration.
