Free standing 2 bedroom, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation cottage located just off "Shore Drive" in the Guest Cottages community. Quiet, safe, and family friendly neighborhood, located approx. 100 yards/ .2 miles from the beach. The Guest Cottage community has 3 private neighborhood pools for guests to use.

This cottage features covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a spacious family room, laundry room, and kitchen (kitchen tools and appliances well stocked for cooking meals at home). The exterior amenities include a covered front porch, a lower level patio with picnic table and swing. The cottage has an outdoor storage room (stocked with beach and pool related items), a grill for outdoor use, and an outdoor washing area. The cottage is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Located in the “Shore Drive” area, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This area is commonly known as Restaurant Row. Convenient access to Hwy 22 and Hwy 31, 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cottage is in close proximity to several major shopping centers, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses.

You'll be within walking distance for the following: The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, River City Cafe, Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Don't get it Twisted, Harry & The Hats, Finn McCools and many more local shops.

Contact us for specific rates by day, week, or for long term winter-rentals. Peak season options are limited to Saturday- Saturday rentals. Guests must be a minimum 26 years of age to reserve. NO pets, NO smoking on premises, NO EXCEPTION!

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids, 9 and 8. Everything from the check-in, location and extras provided was great. Everything we needed for cooking was provided and there was Keurig with pods as well. Very close to the beach and grocery stores but far enough away from the busy areas to be very easy to get around. We will stay again next year when we are in town.

We had a great stay at your cottage! Everything was stocked well, there was even cinnamon and vanilla and my sister made us a great French Toast breakfast. I enjoyed how close we were to everything! We highly recommended and will stay again!

Best Guest Cottage

This has been our third or fourth stay in Cottage 76 and it never disappoints. We noticed two new chairs in the living room and did not remember the old chairs being in bad shape. Very clean, easy check-in/checkout. A home away from home feel. Highly recommended place to stay.

We absolutely loved your cottage and it’s surroundings! It was very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The beach is less than a 10 min walk and all three pools were very refreshing. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. Shopping and popular attractions are only 15-30 min away. We hope to return in the future.

You saved the Day!!
After a sudden cancellation at Oak Island due to a hurricane my family was bumming. Quickly got a response from Rebekah who was ultra professional and we booked right away. The house was all we needed, very clean and we'll equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Happy to see a grill and crock pot.....From one Mom to another this saved our vacation!! Family enjoyed beach and pools that were close, nice family neighborhood.
