There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Nice resort, room missing a few things
Ocean Park is a nice highrise oceanfront place we have stayed at several times. The resort has multiple pools and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, laundry, and is pet and family friendly. Plenty of little shops and restaurants around in walking distance too.

Anniversary trip

Balcony with beautiful ocean view. We were here for business. Didnt use pool, gym and furology groomer doggie daycare was closed Sunday and Monday. Its like a big hotel room or studio apt. Drip coffee pot Staff very friendly. Only one problem. You had to flush 2-3 times. Thanks for a nice couple days. Only problem

Ocean Park resort great place to stay
Ocean Park resort. Great front desk staff. Housekeeping excellent. Everybody was friendly and helpful And most of all the pet spa that's the 90% reason I come there it's called furology paw spa. Clean room clean place love it can't wait to come back to Ocean Park

Decent place for a good price.
We chose this location based on the price. It was a deal comparable to other locations. The room was super clean. The buildings towel or sheet replacement process was nice as you could go to the lobby with your used towels to get fresh towels. The pool was always clean. The hot tub consistently had sand all over the bottom. The elevators were fast. Parking was a pain with not many spots open without going to the underground garage or across the street to the overflow lot. The check in was more like a hotel than a regular condo rental. Overall if the price remained the same we would rent here again.

Great Location!
Ocean Park 1120 is a great location, right on the beach with a full frontal view of the ocean. The unit is pet friendly, so I was able to bring my dog. The kitchen and bathroom was extremely clean, as was the rest of the room. The water pressure in the shower was the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great property with lots of dogs!
This is the 3rd time we have been to Myrtle Beach and it was by far the best. Ocean park resort has great views of the ocean a friendly staff and best of all is very pet friendly! We greatly enjoyed our time with our dog and are looking forward to staying again soon! Don’t hesitate to use the pet daycare service offered by Furology which is located in the Ocean Park Resort. Debra and John were amazing and are wonderful people. Our dog love spending time with them so my wife and I could have a afternoon alone.

Relaxing and accommodating
The location was great and the poos were open and available even at this time of year! We lived the loved the large outdoor tub:spa, great lace to meet people. Our room was nice and had basically everything. Our few issues were not a deterrent ant to the trip and we would totally come back again. Recommend being a dog lover if you stay here... tons of dogs! Recommend the pancake house across the street and the wicked tuna restaurant

okay for the price
It worked for what I was looking for. I needed something that was ON the beach, with a view, for a low price. The best part was the view, for sure. And, I chose this particular unit because the bed was near the balcony. Here are my issues with the unit (which, I dealt with because I wasn't planning on being in the room very much): 1. The "cleaned room" smell was overpowering and I had to open the balcony door for HOURS to get the smell to lessen. 2. The bathroom sink did not drain very well. I took out the stopper and turned the water on to wash my hands and it barely drained. 3. Speaking of water, it takes a LONG time for the water to heat up. 4. The bathroom shower head is too powerful and actually hurts when you take a shower. I had to lower the flow. (and, again, the water took SO LONG to heat up). 5. The vent cover in the bathroom was off. 6. The toilet does not flush well. I recently had my toilet replaced at home that was acting the same way. It would flush, just not forcefully or well. Sometimes I had to hold the flusher down for a while and also sometimes had to flush more than once. If I was planning on staying longer, I would've been annoyed and asked someone to come fix the issues.
