The house itself was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and well stocked with amenities, I was expecting as a new VRBO there may be amenities not yet acquired but they thought of everything and more for this VRBO. "This beautiful house was the perfect setting for our relaxing weekend away. Spacious & comfortable, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and the central kitchen/living area was a great communal area. The lovely garden provided stunning views from every window. Easy access to some great wineries & breweries in the area. The town's pub has a great meal, good coffee at the cafe & the general store has the essentials, all within walking distance."

"I loved the cottage and the peaceful and natural surrounds - it was blissful. So many added extras inside - too many to mention - but small nice touches and there's a coffee machine !! Pods match Nespresso ! Very happy. Beds comfy and warm. All the furniture inside and out good quality and comfy. The old "trani" was a nice touch. ONLY ONE let down - was the split system aircon/heater. It's old and not that efficient - we had temperatures of 2 degrees and we were cold - had to wrap ourselves...

"Good property to stay at for visiting the gourmet region. Accommodation comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately we run out of gas when preparing the meal on the first night and there was no spanner to change over the bottles. The agent responded quickly and came around promptly to rectify the problem. Other than that we had a good relaxing stay."

"Great accommodation. We loved the pool. House was lovely - clean, tidy and well stocked - the coffee machine was a welcome touch for our morning brew. The location was great - close to main street, coffee and shops."

"We are a family of 4 generations 77 year old great-grandmother to 8 year older grandson and 3 dog's we all found this home to be a peaceful escape at the end of every day, we where in mansfield to for sons wedding, (we had lots of wedding setting up and pulling down) and without this comfy retreat we could survived. We would love a chance to stay again and explore mansfield thanyou to Pop fefor being so accommodating. Thank you Roz and family "

"This was a beautiful home and beautiful garden. In a quiet location with lake views. I wish we had of stayed longer. We have very fond memories of the time we spent there. "

"Location is great. Upon arrival, found both washer and dryer stuffed with bedding and cleaning cloths. Drying line was also full of bedding with spider webs everywhere on linens. No dish towels in kitchen. Overhead light in one bathroom did not work. Screen door broken. Rental manager responded to first contact but never again. Nothing was rectified during stay. She offered a partial refund but never followed thru."

"My multi generational family loved our get together at Tabletop Farm. Large beautiful pool with heated spa was a highlight. We all enjoyed the mod grass tennis court with basketball ring and cricket wall. The South American BBQ , Weber and huge fire pit were also appreciated. The house has spectacular views over surrounding countryside . The children loved feeding the chooks and collecting the eggs daily. "It was a great room, well appointed & in a lovely location. Issues such as holes in window screens & chipped paintwork detracted from the quality of the accommodation. The pool was closed even though it was almost summer. A cool dip would’ve been great. However, there was much to be grateful for, Thanks."
