"3 generations of our family gathered at the Bay Beach House for a 5 day Pre Christmas holiday. We had a fabulous time. The beach setting was perfection; watching the glorious sunset at the end of each day as well as swimming, running and exploring the local area. It was also good to be at the quieter end of the beach.The home is well equipped with top level appliances and beautifully decorated. It also has a very well stocked kitchen and generous space. "This is an outstanding property. The location is unique, with seemingly endless views from the house. There was everything you need to enjoy the house as well as many thoughtful details, with everything spotless and comfortable. It's also close to many McLaren Vale attractions, although it's hard to step out the door. We had a fabulous stay at the McLaren Eye!"

"Lovely property and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, lawn was not mown and there was someone else's dog droppings for us to pick up. Some of the bed covers were not clean. Liquid hand soap in upstairs bathroom had been refilled with water and was ineffective. General surface and floor cleaning was good and no dog hair inside. Would have been nice to have some dog bags or small scoop on hand. But overall, a comfortable stay."

"We had a comfortable stay as part of a team building weekend and work event. The team loved the facilities including Wii games, BBQ area and large pergola area with table and chairs. Only five minutes walk to beach and cafe was a bonus."

"We loved staying at the Nook. Felt roomy and perfect layout for a family. The undercover outdoor area was my most favourite part. We could hear the ocean, be undercover and relax with our dog. The house had everything we needed and very much felt like a home away from home which is what you really hope for when finding somewhere to holiday. "Really enjoyed staying at this unit, as it is a lovely place to stay with the sea view. The unit was very clean and had everything supplied that you would need. only issue was the front screen door and front door were hard to open. The stairs were a little steep , so it would be good for a picture to be on the website to see what they are like :) There is no toilet upstairs but 2 toilets' down stairs. Thanks Kim and Barry"
