"The property was very beautiful. There was one bedroom downstairs which had very bad damp smell so we could not use the bedroom. The pool was unuseable as it was not covered and full of small insects. There was one fry pan which was rusted. So small issues. The contact people Deb and Sarah were very good"

"Loved our stay at Oaks Casuarina Santai, check in was a breeze. Staff very attentive when we called with problem with washing machine. Room was spacious and clean. Loved pool and seating area downstairs, definitely need to stay longer next time. "
