To name a few..the BBQ and a large dining table to enjoy a nice grilled fish or steak while watching the sunset and endless Aegean Blue. The wine cooler with its own stools. The perfect bar for entertaining with refrigerator and sink to keep refreshing while at the pool. This home is cozy and romantic while offering all the amenities you want for truly a top of the line house!

Located in an area called Choulakia only 12' drive from St,. Stefanos beach and 5' from Choulakia beach.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.Washer and dryer.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This villa has 5 bedrooms all with Sealy luxury mattresses and can comfortably sleep 10.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed 2mx2m and ensuite bathroom.
In the next bedroom, there is a queen size bed 1,80x2m and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom contains a queen size bed 1,80x2m and a shared bathroom.
The fourth bedroom contains a queen size bed 1,80 x 2m and a shared bathroom.
The fifth bedroom is a private suite with its own entrance and living area with a king size bed 2mx2m a stand alone tub with endless bubble baths while watching the sunset!
