"Very good communication prior to stay- very accurate directions and we found the Cart House very easily. Lovely welcome from owner, plus Charli, the dog. Really appreciated the welcome gifts and the card. Lovely touch. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed plus much more. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic views, peaceful. "We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. "An absolutely fabulous property, everything we wanted for a much needed break. Well stocked with all we required, even things I didn't realise I would need. Upside down property which was ideal for us as I have some mobility issues, so was nice & easy on entry to the property with luggage, bathroom requirements ( after a long journey) etc. Easy 4/5 minutes walk down into the centre. "They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay.
