"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional."

"Stayed here in November 2024 with my family. Amazing hotel, very clean and decorated nicely in keeping with local style. There is only one restaurant, but has amazing views of the valley, the food offering is traditional Pakistani food, but amazing quality. The pricing is at the higher end. Service is excellent, all staff are very friendly. There is lovely gardens outside, for better views I recommend going up to the helipad for a 360 view of the valley."

"Nice clean property very convenient for Travellers. Staff is well behaved. All services included in one price. Our breakfast was free. Cash and carry and pharmacy on premises is a plus plus. Markets are on walking distance. Malls road is 15 minutes hike. Enjoy!!! "
