"It was on a good location. Accessible by public transport. But no parking space. The cleanliness of the room bas average. Also got a feeling that they won't clean/change the bed after the previous guests are checked out."

"The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. "

"Fantastic stay, especially as our first stop in India! We stayed for a whole week to have time to catch up on work and still explore, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Staying for a whole week meant we also got a full room clean halfway through our stay which was lovely! Friendly and helpful family, laundry service (for a good price), chance to chat with other guests at breakfast, great walkable location. "It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."

"It's basic accommodation, but the manager Rafael went out of his way to make us welcome and inform us of transport and tour options. I can't rate his help highly enough. It was so good we went back."

"Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. I had the apartment to myself but it could have got pretty crowded if all the rooms were occupied."

"Sonnetta Residency is a homestay located in the heart of Fort Kochi district in Princess St. It is in easy walking distance to the foreshore and Chinese nets as well as the ferry service. Breakfast is included in the price but other meals are unavailable, however there are many very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance in Princess St, Rose St and others. It was nice to be able to try so many. I suggest A/C room as it can get quite hot. The owner and staff are very friendly...

"Judith is an excellent host. She tried to make sure that we had a pleasant and a comfortable stay. The homestay was centrally located and hence it wasn't difficult for us to travel to Jew town, beach and temples nearby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. Judith is a very good cook. Her tea was the best of all!"
