"I booked a private room with bathroom, so not the typical hostel experience. Staff were friendly, the place is clean, well located, the waffles are a great treat, and the room was well heated (March). The lounge area is underground with little natural light so not really somewhere you want to hang out. "We had to move the bed (which was easily done) to a better position as we are in our 70s to get a good access. The pillows should be of standard size ( approx. 45x75x100cm) to have a comfortable neck/head support. A sofa seat would be nice instead of chairs as we like reading at the end of the day. All in all a nice room and we will book it again. "
