"An overnight stop on the way home from the North of Scotland. Very friendly staff made our short stay all the better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and very friendly. "Excellent staff, great food, comfortable bed, excellent biscuits etc , quiet. Decent sized bathroom, floor could have been mopped more thoroughly. For a long stay a wardrobe rather than the wall mounted hanging would be required but perfectly OK for a few days."

"This was a very nice hotel for a short stay. It is just a few minutes from the station, and the centre of Perth is no more than a 10 minute walk. The shower room was new and worked well - good water pressure - and the room although a bit small, was entirely adequate for our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would stay again when next in Perth."

"This is such a lovely hotel and we’ll definitely use it again. From when we first stepped in until we left this morning, we were made to feel welcome. The food is a real treat (haggis bonbons and the fleet iron steak were to die for). The room was a touch of luxury, well stocked with tea and coffee, fresh milk in the fridge and a breakfast in the room. It was all spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. We’ve come away feeling like we’ve been spoilt! "

"When we checked in the girl gave us no information about the hotel not sure if she was new or not maybe busy as there was a wedding fair on so I thought the information would be in the room but there was nothing at all only (menus for breakfast , lunch ) we had a problem with the tv hubby went to reception and it was dealt with very quickly food was lovely and especially the waitress so friendly sorry forgot her name parking was great always found a space nice and quiet and a great central place for exploring things round about would definitely return "
