Good choices for breakast and highly recommend the Shimla for a great curry. Plenty of hangers but only had coat hooks for hanging items. Easy walking distance for Perth city centre and walks beside the Tay."

"Nice central place to stay. Staff nice and helpful. Only down side was the bottom surround of the shower had black mould the rest of the room was lovely n clean. As was only staying 1 night was able to miss using the shower. Would still recommend but advise to have this issue seen to."

We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. "Great location. Easy walk to train/bus. Cool medieval/castle property. Nicely furnished. Small but comfortable room. Ensuite bathroom very nice and all immaculately clean. "Fantastic welcome from Sam the host. Great breakfast, really appreciated the fruit salad, that was a nice surprise! Very nice comfortable room and just a short walk from town. Great recommendations of pubs/restaurants and the discounts are a nice touch. WiFi reception could be improved but it was sufficient to get some work done in the evening. I will definitely stay again when back in the area."
