"Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."

"The staff and management tream were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. Their efforts at looking after our group made us feel like we were staying with family. "Good hotel in very central location but away from the busy Main Street. Clean, food was good, staff were excellent. Bit noisy so bring ear plugs, mostly just barking dogs and music they were playing downstairs in the restaurant. Good heating as it was cold in November when we went so we needed it! "

"Rooms are small and dated for the price paid. Bathrooms could be better, old appearing. Concept of yoga and Satvik breakfast is good. Indoor pool is NOT heated and had cold water. Poolside restrooms were bad."

"First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday."

"It's very close to the main area library chowk. This property has a common area called sky deck which is a plus to hang out and in the evening there is musical show as well in somedays "

"There is no play are for the kids . Lawn is situated at some height so you have to take around 40 stairs to reach it . Gym and other activities are not there. Food is excellent. Staff is very courteous. "

"We loved the Log House in Mussourie, especially the view from the living room and the decor was tastefully done. The caretaker was very friendly and we enjoyed her delicious freshly made pahadi parathas for brunch everyday (if you want a taste of local food, you just have to ask and she will get the needed groceries and make it for you happily for some extra cash). The property is conveniently situated on the Mall road, but please note that the Mall road is not accessible to commercial vehicles...
