"We had a super 2 weeks in this villa. Giuseppe is a brilliant host. From day 1 communication was helpful and prompt. All information was passed on at the relevant point. He could not have been better. The villa is really well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was a real boon when the weather was hot and was well maintained and cleaned every few days. The villa was easy to find and was well placed to access a lot of local sites. Thank you, Giuseppe for a fantastic holiday."

"This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. There are two fridges so plenty of storage space. The Weber grill was perfectly clean and easy to use....

"I understand the importance of gubbessi . Old remote building out in the sticks nothing for miles . But I've been there twice. First time we enjoyed the old building. But second visit was like we went a week later from first visit . Meaning nothing had mean done to tidy up the grummie place. It would take or cost much to fix above review . "Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity. Besides the above we did enjoy our stay there."

"Francesco and Stephanie were extremely nice and very helpful. Their English is good and they respond to texts and emails promptly. The directions to get to the property were very good and it was easy to find - Francesco was waiting for us on the corner! The property is an old Sicilian farmhouse which has been in the family for 5 generations. It is on 2 levels with original floor tiles on the upstairs landing. It is located in a quiet rural area below a road with nice views out, 13.5 kilometres...

"The Villa was an absolute wow. Stunning open plan living, beautiful big pool, amazing views. No hot tub, although it is on the Villa info. If you like constant ‘service’ from Tariq then this is the place for you. Personally we found it a bit intrusive that he would turn up twice a day, going in the Villa to tidy etc. He meant well but we found we couldn’t relax while he was around. No keys supplied for the doors as ‘it is safe to leave doors unlocked’ Fine with us but some would prefer to lock...
