"Issue with cancellation not being honoured. Reserved 10 days. Day 1, stayed in property only for 90 minutes, as the bed was very uncomfortable and we could feel springs at the top, so we seniors could not sleep on it. We left the property and stayed with family. We knew we could not get a refund for the first day. Day 2, we requested cancellation of the rest of the stay, by email. Vendor advised that a 3 day minimum stay would be charged, and the remaining 7 days would be refunded to us. We...

"This property was very clean and had everything we needed as a couple. When I booked I told the host it was a 20th Anniversary trip. On our arrival we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly and other treats for our anniversary. That was very kind. All in all this is a great property. I would have no hesitation in booking again."

"The beds were for children only and not suitable for adults. There was no outside furniture to sit on or to eat. There were no curtains for privacy, no cleaning materials for dishes or spills. No coffee maker or dishes etc. The outside had not seen a lawn mower once this year. This was listed as a vrbo but is actually an arnb as the owner lives above the rental with access to the unit. Very disappointed with this listing.....this was NOT a vacation rental but more like an empty apartment...
