There is a lot to enjoy, including beautiful lakeside sunsets, campfires, hot tub, clubhouse (with pool table, games room and movie theatre), tennis courts, sports court and fitness facility. This 3-bedroom (with additional pull-out bed in Great Room), 3-bathroom cottage has all of the conveniences of home including full granite kitchen with all appliances, air conditioning/gas fireplace, gas BBQ, screened-in Muskoka room, outdoor private deck, laundry appliances as well as fresh linens and towels included. There is an additional pull-out bed in the Great Room to accommodate total of sleeping for 8. Lakefront sandy beach on Lake Joseph.

Minutes away from the hub of Port Carling, a selection of great golf courses, Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery and a variety of good hiking trails.
