Canoe and Skull Rower on site, spacious lakefront deck with outdoor seating for 6 people and a BBQ perfect for the at home chef.

Little Oaks is a perfect cottage for those seeking the classic cottage experience. The property hosts enough bedrooms to sleep everyone comfortably and  has two entertainment, one located upstairs and the other on the main floor, which is perfect for those who want to watch a movie while others prefer to sit and chat or play one of the many board games. The upstairs entertainment space is host to a large projection screen TV with large movie collection that will suit the fancy of any movie buff. Guests who stay at Little Oaks will also have access to Walker's Point Recreation Centre that has shared Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts and minutes is to Hardy Lake Provincial Trails. For those who prefer to relax this property has a spacious dock where you can sit and enjoy the sun and for the boater in the family a boat slip perfect for that rental boat. The kitchen has everything you might need to make a special dinner for the family at the end of a long day. While the chef of the family cooks, the rest of the family can enjoy the spacious deck that overlooks the lake. As well as a gas BBQ, no propane needed, and seating for 6 plus outside. Guests will also enjoy the electric fire place in the main floor living space. For those who enjoy star gazing there are twinkle lights leading the pathway down to the water at night. For those bringing a boat there is a dock with one boat slip for guests to use.

Great location and easily accessible, 20 minutes from Gravenhurst and 15 minutes to Bala. Gravenhurst is a town in the Muskoka Region of Ontario, Canada. It is located approximately 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) south of Bracebridge, Ontario. Known as the Gateway to Muskoka, Gravenhurst has thriving arts and entertainment. Within the community there are over 50 lakes and numerous trails and parks for your enjoyment. It is also home to the Muskoka Wharf along Lake Muskoka, with almost half a mile of boardwalk.
