Our modern beach-style home is a pristine 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house designed to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Nestled within a serene neighborhood, our property boasts a spacious backyard perfect for grilling sessions and cozy fires under the starlit sky. Situated within walking distance of an array of incredible restaurants, our location offers a walking trail from the backyard that leads right to 26 miles of beaches, ideal for soaking up the sun or indulging in water activities. Adventure enthusiasts will rejoice with close to 65 miles of multi-use trails, along with 3 state parks and 2 major paddle sport rivers nearby. Culture seekers will find themselves spoiled for choice with access to 14 museums, vintage & antique shops, and vibrant farmers’ markets. And for those craving a taste of city life, downtown Grand Rapids is just a 30 minute drive away. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, our home provides the perfect home base for your unforgettable getaway.
1. While non shedding pets are allowed, there will be a pet fee of $150 associated with the convenience of being able to have your pets come with you during your stay!
2. Shedding dogs are NOT ALLOWED. Excessive cleaning fees will be charged if brought.
3. No pets on couch or in beds. Excessive cleaning fees will be charged for hair removal.
4. Do not flush objects down toilets (including wet wipes). Only toilet paper.
5. Do not put food down kitchen sink drain. No garbage disposal.
6. Please do not leave trash bags outside. Dispose of all bags in the trash cans provided to avoid attracting critters.
7. Please do not park on grass due to septic.
8. Please refrain from moving furniture around. If furniture needs to be rearranged, move it back to its original location before check out!
