"This villa far exceeded our expectations, it was cozy, quiet and immersed in the most beautiful landscape! The location is just perfect, close to the beach (which we reached on a bicycle each day), to Capalbio (a stunning medieval town) and to a few really great restaurants! We have thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the private pool and also dining outside on the terrace.. The host was super nice and helped us with many tips prior to arrival and during our stay. We will be back for sure, next time...

"What a treasure! Maria and Costanza looked after us wonderfully in their little cottage in the hazy fields of Tuscany. We were greeted by Maria after arriving early with some fresh courgettes from the garden and we quickly settled in to our new home of two weeks. The house is decorated with a warm and definitively personal touch which we warmed to straight away and the carefully tended garden complete with hammocks and beautiful countryside scenery let us float away fully into full relaxation...

"Nice location, in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable beds and pillows. The VRBO description states that you get 3 rooms when renting, however, they actually rent by the room/unit. You need to know Italian to communicate with the host. It would be helpful if there were checkout instructions in English. The shower is extremely small, only for very skinny individuals."

"We were 6 adults (3 couples) and we all enjoyed our few days at this beautifully renovated house. The pool, however, is quite small and we wondered why they would have not put in a larger pool considering the size of thhe house and the number of people it can comfortably accomodate. The kitchen is new and has all the modcons you could want. The only downside for the summer is that there is no airconditioning. Air conditioning in the bedrooms which are upstairs would have been greatly...
