"We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. The TV set up is possibly one of the best and easiest to use we have come across for UK channels. Parking in Estepona is a real problem but the inclusion of an underground carpark and the lift a great bonus. If driving is no problem getting around the town is fairly easy once the road layout is fathomed. However, no vehicles are allowed on or near the seafront but there are 2 underground carparks under the seafront. Charges are very reasonable. In addition, there is another underground carpark close to the Orchid house. A little disappointing as few orchids were in flower but does have an impressive 3 tier waterfall. It should be noted that there is some traffic noise. Not too intrusive as due to the appalling weather all the windows etc. were closed but in summer......We found the shower temperature difficult to control. Either scalding or freezing cold. No in-between. In both the bathroom and the shower room there is nowhere to put anything except the floor or around the edge of the bath. Due to our unavoidable arrival times, we were charged 30Euros cash extra on arrival. This charge should be made clear at the time of booking and not after the completed booking."

"This is an excellent property rental. Rocio was an outstanding host and we were met and shown around the apartment on arrival. Rocio also checked (by WhatsApp) whether we were OK or needed anything shortly after arrival. Rocio also emphasised to please get in touch if we had any queries or needed advice or help. The apartment is on the 9th floor and has great views and the advertising photos are representative of the apartment. There are 2 lifts servicing the block and we never had any problems using them. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, having all of the facilities that we needed: a kettle, toaster, fridge/feezer. It has a hob and microwave as well but we didn't use these. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was vey clean and fresh when we arrived. There is aircon/heating in the lounge and separate bedroom but we didn't use these for our visit in late October/early November. There is a dedicated parking space which we used for our hire car, a Daihatsu duster. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and two large supermarkets within a few minutes walk. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely spacious apartment and outstanding host to anyone wishing to stay in the area. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we are in the area and it is available."

"Right in the heart of Estapona’s shops restaurants and bars. Choice of a mass of well priced supermarkets close by. The apartment has everything to offer . Lovely balcony with best sea view to watch the sunrise. The host and manager of the property were faultless in any enquiry I made. A small comment I would make is it is probably due a little facelift. "

"We couldn’t fault the apartment, and was as described. Communication was smooth and easy, we were met by Chris on arrival who showed us to our parking spot in the garage and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good and quiet air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, basic condiments, and with cleaning supplies left for us to use in the week. We appreciated the provisions for our arrival so we didn’t need to rush out to the shops, including bread, water, wine! Thank you. The terrace with sea view we spent lots of time on, larger than expected, fully furnished, with the added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas which we borrowed when heading to the beach, literally 2 mins walk from the back of the property. Easy 5 min walk to the harbour, restaurants and Sunday market and about 15/20 mins walk into the centre of Estapona along the seafront promenade. Many thanks, we had a wonderful holiday. "

"Cant speak highly enough of H10 Estepona Palace. Everything was just as wed seen in the photos before we arrived. Reception is a huge open area which you go through to reach all the amenities. Our room was possibly the best hotel room we've ever stayed in, a wonderful bed, clean and spacious ensuite and the most fantastic view of the sea and hotel pools made this a room we would love to be able to take with us everywhere we go in the future. Ours was a superior double with sea view. The pools were great if a little bit chilly, but clean and well maintained. The bars and restaurants were all fab with great food available all day. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked extremely hard. The beach isnt as nice as some beaches you might find but it is so close to the hotel and was worth a visit everyday. The town of Estepona is an absolute delight, the old town especially. Visit during the day where the beach is much better but the town comes alive during the evening with little lanes and flowery squares abound with pretty lighting and streets full of tables and chairs from the many excellent restaurants to be found here. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable holiday."

"This place met or surpassed our expectations on all levels. It was huge, clean, modern and very close to the ocean. There is a large balcony that overlooks the ocean. The beach is very close by, there are some restaurants in the port and you can walk to the old town but you are in a quiet area. Parking is included which is a huge bonus. For the price we paid, we got amazing value! Just go ahead and book! "

"In a great location - 5 min walk from marina and 15 to old town - the apartment is modern, has a spectacular view from the balcony and was ideal for our 7 day stay. The urbanisation also has a good size pool ( although it was out of commission during our stay because of a drought in the region) and secure, underground parking with an allocated space. Overall we would highly recommend the apartment."
