"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were several schools with students there for competitions and the hotel was busy, they were on top of keeping their breakfast hot and stocked even with ravenous teens attacking it, even early in the morning! 😆 They also had an area where several teens were working on their schoolwork on a Saturday! It was nice to see how the hotel was able to accommodate several groups of students and still provide quality care for the families...

"The room was nice and big and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but it would be great for an extended stay. The only complaint I noticed was a strange smell in the room. It was almost as if the carpets were shampooed or got wet and left a musty/moldy kind of smell. We had our pets with us, so maybe it's just from being a pet friendly room? The indoor pool and hot tub were great. "

"Cons: The outside is a bit sketchy. It looks like an old motel and has a small parking lot. The air conditioning in my first room stopped working the first night and my room got down to 46° F in the morning. Limited staff. Pros: The rooms are very nice. A lot nicer than the outside looks. "We always stay here on our way to Palm Springs from Calgary, Alberta. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The hotel is always spotless and well maintained. There is lots of opportunities for going out to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff is so kind. They were fun to talk to. The people I encountered staying at the hotel were also friendly. I liked the room configuration. Having a full-size fridge and microwave and dishes was really nice. There was no stove top but a little Sine said that a portable electric stove top was available upon request, so that’s nice to know. The bed was comfortable and the shower overall was pretty nice. Water got nice and hot. Room was a good size. I love that. There was a tucked- away table that we could move around the room. Our room was right by the elevator, but it was not noisy at all. I really value and appreciated the cleaning staff because I saw them constantly cleaning the hotel. I liked the gym, Small, but working equipment. Hottub was amazing! Breakfast was decent. Not incredible but I like having a free breakfast included with both hot and cold items. I like that there were green apples and a little bowl of candy at the front desk. Very accommodating, genuine people working in the lobby. There are little things that were out of order - the water bottle filler in the gym, the phone in our room didn’t work, and it took us a minute to get a computer hooked up to the TV. They’re in the process of updating the hotel. But the friendliness and cleanliness of the staff made up for any little things that might otherwise be annoying. The location is amazing; super close to dozens of restaurants and outlet stores. I will be back!"
