"We booked two rooms overlooking the square. Each room was clean and very comfortable. The only odd thing is the glass wall to the bathroom. We are not used to this type of openess. Didn't ruin our stay but definitely a thing to think about if sharing a room with someone your not married to. Could get weird quick. The hotel was centrally located as well and close to the knights Templar castle. Overall, it was a great stay"

"This was a wonderful stay and location. Our check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The view from the hotel looking out at the castle at night was stunning. The hotel is also right off the main street and we walked to the old part of town in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again. "

"Best stay of our whole trip. Beautifully restored property, with lovely Juliet balconies, extremely comfortable rooms, spacious shower, and nice historical design touches. Breakfast was great, especially homemade apple cake, and fantastic customer service (s/o to Vasco in the reception). "

"We loved staying in this place. Tomar was still very warm at the end of August and the hiuse is located in a quet safe place. The parking is available both outside and inside the gate. An adorable little dog came to greet us, we became friends instantenuously. A ripe pear tree was full of fruit when we were there. What a treat! The weather was beautiful. We had visited three minasteries before coming here, Alcobaca, Batalha, and Convent of Christ (templars) which is minutes away. We picked wild...

Quaint and Quiet

"The property was wonderful. It felt traditional, yet modern. Mark and Lerryn were fantastic hosts. They were always on hand should we need any help or support. The pool and patio area were sublime. We spent many a day relaxing and cooking in these areas. The only negative that we experienced was how uncomfortable we found the beds. Im a side sleeper, so find very hard beds no good for my hips or shoulders. My partner also found the beds to be too hard. We had to sleep downstairs on the sofabed, which was not ideal. Mark and Lerryn did offer us a spare mattress, but we didnt want to cause anymore fuss Overall, we had a lovely time at Casa Lerryn. We would highly recommend it. "
