There is also dedicated parking, lift and swimming pool for each villa which exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a party of 6 to 10 people."

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "Great property, excellent service. Our Deluxe room looking out over the bay was very comfortable. Dining was exceptional with many different options available and the selection was different on every day of our short stay. Would have liked to have been able to have access to sun loungers on the beach but think this may be impractical with the tourist boats picking up guests from the sands during the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."

old-world charm with modern comforts

"I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Goa; The pictures of the "Imperial Goa" caught my attention. I can't fully express how happy I am with my choice. The hotel is stunning from the outside— beautiful architecture, gardens, fountains and a serene pool—but it’s even more impressive on the inside. The room is gorgeous, and the bed and linens are incredibly comfortable. Even the shower was a delight! The décor and artworks have been thoughtfully curated, blending old-world charm with modern comforts to create, inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, too! But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for."
