"Easy walking to good restaurants, most of which required reservations. The kitchen is very functional if you want to make a few meals in (a two cup coffee maker would really be good :-). The host has a good list of recommendations for restaurants and other sights nearby. Parking is the only downside as it requires using a lot outside the wall unless you want to get up early to redo the parking fee. All in all a very nice experience in a beautiful Umbrian mountain town."

"We were 2 couples during ten days in the middle of June. From the start, Natasha, the property manager was very helpful to guide us to the apartment and answer all of our questions. Mind you, one of us spoke Italian! Thank god for the pool right there on site, so refreshing! The accommodations are bright, airy and private. Basic kitchen with a mini fridge requiring to shop on a daily basis or go to the restaurant. By the way we recommend Coccorone and Re-Tartu! You will reach all the nice cities...

"So beautiful! The space was functional - modern yet kept the essence of the property. The views out the window of the kitchen and from the patio at the top of the tower span the entire valley. The master bedroom is gorgeous and comfortable (AC in the bedrooms). The bathrooms all have walk-in showers with heated towel bars. It has to be the very best space to rent in Montefalco.
