"We stayed three night in the garden studio and it was great. We were provided lots of information prior to our arrival. Paul met us when we arrived and showed us around. The garden studio is lovely. Very comfortable bed room with a table and chairs. Well Stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, a single ring camping cooker if you want to cook. "Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend "
