"Awesome staff very helpful "

"Stayed one night in Queen window room at back of hotel. Paid $25 extra for 3 hour early check-in which was worth it (tea, shower, change & rest after a long drive). Bed super comfortable, had a very good sleep, slight noise from air-con but nothing serious (ear plugs provided but didn't need them). Staff funny and lovely, bought us extra tea bags, happy hour $6 premium schooners was great, food in bistro was good, breakfast not available in hotel but plenty of options in town before you checkout."

"Check in was well done and explained. Had a problem with the TV a staff member came to our room and explained how to use it. She also helped us with organising our trip to Nambour by train, printed out the train timetable which was most helpful. We would certainly stay there again!"

"We booked a one bedroom spa suite for a weekend. First room was perfectly laid out, clean etc but unfortunately our loo wasn’t working. We notified staff who sent a maintenance person and when it couldn’t be quickly fixed, moved us to another similar suite. Again clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend exploring the area and Byron Bay, it was a joy to come back to a spa bath after a day of sightseeing, sun and sand. Dining options for vegans were limited but what we did have was outstanding (tacos at the Mexican restaurant and stir fries at the Thai). Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Perfect location right on the airport and very accomodating with an early checkin. Excellent breakfast selection included with your stay and the hotel location is only a few minutes walk from the terminal buildings. Will definitely stay again, particularly if on an early flight."

"Great Aparthotel. Modern and fresh decor and perfect location. There was a lot to love, even side rooms have lovely view. Only issue was the extremely tight car park, one way light system and so small. Anything bigger than a hatch will Be a nightmare to park. Also it’s no smoking but guests smoked below on balcony and when I reported it desk didn’t seem concerned, and the person smoked again making us move in from the lovely balcony. Overall though if you are without car it’s perfect."
