Having doubts between cossines of stylish houses and the thrill of more authentic accommodations? Our stone house offers the best of both. It is located it in the heart of Murter picturesque historic district called Old Village or "Staro Selo " and hidden among the narrow streets of 700 years old village. Distant from tourist noise it provides privacy and good sleep, yet close to all main beaches ...swimm and fun....Family vacations ...YES! Live like a local in part of Murters cultural heritage.

House has air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and 2 private parking spaces.

The spacious floorplan -- perfect for families or couples - features on the ground floor living and dining area with integrated open kitchen, well stocked for most of the meals.
Stone staircase lead to the top floors, where are situated three bedrooms.Bedrooms have hardwood floors, comfortable beds and spacious closets.
On the top is most charming part of house, roof terrace with barbecue, outfitted with large wooden table and six garden chairs.
Enjoy in cool and intimate atmosphere on rooftop terrace, while barbecuing your favorite dish !
Nearest beach is Cigrada just 700 m away. Great option for family with kids. Like surfing, kayaking...? Center of Murter is within 15 minutes walking distance.

Concerning your arrival to the village, Murter is an island, but it is connected to the landmass with a bridge which is toll-free, so there are no traffic problems and jams which usually occur with ferries.
The important thing to know is that during the summer every day between 9 and 9:30 and between 17:00 and 17:30 the bridge opens to let the larger boats pass through, so the car traffic is closed during these periods.

Lovely stay in Muter
We enjoyed a great week in Murter. The apartment has all the basics you need and is is in a lovely location, about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The roof terrace is a great place to relax. Damir couldn’t be more helpful - communication was always excellent and when our flight was delayed by quite a few hours, Damir reassured us it was OK and that he would be there to let us in, even though it was very late. We’re really grateful for this - I’m not sure everyone would be so understanding! The only thing stopping me giving the apartment 5 stars is the lack of a comfortable seating area in the house. However, we spent a lot of time out and about so this wasn’t a big issue. I’d recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Murter.

Toller Erholungsurlaub
Das Haus von Damir ist ein altes Steinhaus wie es in den alten Orten in Kroatien typisch ist. Im Eingangsbereich ist gleich der Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, Essbereich und Fernsehen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Es gibt 2 Toiletten was bei 6 Personen sehr gut ist. Eine davon hat eine große Dusche. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und die Betten waren sauber und mit guten festen Matratzen ausgestattet. Das untere und mittlere Schlafzimmer war immer schön kühl. Das oberste mit den zwei Einzelbetten war etwas wärmer das es unter dem Dach liegt, wurde aber durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage super ergänzt. Die tolle Dachterrasse wurde von uns durchgehend genutzt. Damir ist ein toller Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Spülmaschine war am zweiten Tag kaputtgegangen und schon am nächsten Tag stand eine neue da 👍. Auch die Insel Murter ist zu Pfingsten eine Reise wert da es noch ruhig ist und relativ wenig Touristen da sind. Tolle Buchten zum schwimmen, tauchen und SUP fahren. Tip: unbedingt nach Sibenik fahren, ganz tolle Altstadt. Danke nochmal für die tolle Zeit in eurem Haus Damir.

Schönes Haus auf einer tollen Insel
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, ist sauber und punktet mit einer schönen Terasse! Damir ist als Ansprechpartner immer sofort erreichbar, super nett und sehr unkompliziert! Die Insel hat uns auch sehr gefallen und bietet eine tolle Mischung aus Natur und Meer. Im Ort Murter ist abends immer etwas los und für Unterhaltung somit automatisch gesorgt- zumindest in den Ferienzeiten

Schönes Haus im alten Dorf
Sehr nett und zuvorkommend vom Vermieter empfangen worden. Das Haus war super sauber alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urbaub braucht. Die Dachterasse ist toll eingerichtet,am Abend genießt man das kühle Lüftchen. Zum Strand kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen auch der kleine Supermarkt ist leicht in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren vorher schon öfter auf Murter und würden auf jeder Fall wieder buchen.

Great apartment for families
Very nice and clean apartment in the old-town of Murter. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay with three kids. It is located close to the center of Murter and the sea and we could walk all distances without problems. Damir and his wife were very helpful and friendly. We really had a great time in this beautiful apartment.

Charmantes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im historischen Teil von Murter. Die Dachterrasse ist toll. Mehrere Badebuchten und das Zentrum sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Damir und seine Frau Sandra sind sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kindern sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnung allen Familien nur weiterempfehlen.

Wohnen in der Altstadt von Murter
Wir haben die Unterkunft für zwei Wochen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war alles da, was man braucht, sogar ein extra Kinderbett und -Stuhl wurden für uns organisiert. Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist die schöne Dachterasse. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Damir und Sandra empfangen, die beiden haben uns tolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Ebenso herzlich fiel dann die Verabschiedung aus.

Ruhiges Steinhaus im Oberdorf von Murter
Das Haus von Damir ist ein altes, in eine kleine Gasse integriertes Steinhaus. Durch die Bauweise und Lage ist das Haus auch an heißen Tagen (und Nächten) gut temperiert - und selbst wenn es einmal zu warm sein sollte, gibt es noch eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt im Oberdorf von Murter. Zum Hafen läuft man 15 Minuten. Dort kann man alle täglichen Erledigungen machen. Zum Strand benötigt man ca. 10 MInuten und findet dort eine schöne Steinküste mit Kiefern (Schatten!) und kleinen Restaurants. Das Haus selber bietet alles, was man braucht! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Dachterasse, die man den ganzen Tag benutzen kann. Wir hatten mit fünf Personen drei Schlafräume zur Verfügung - hat alles gepasst und jeder konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Damir ist ein super netter Vermieter, der schon frühzeitig Kontakt aufnahm und auch während des Aufenthalts immer ansprechbar war. Das Haus können wir sowohl für Paare als auch Familien gut empfehlen.

Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert, alles ist sauber. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Murter ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
