"The staff here were absolutely amazing. We showed up pretty early, 930am~ and even though they couldn't make early check-in happen for us, busy weekend multiple conferences and other events going on, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Let us kind of set up in the lounge off to the side of the lobby and even gave us the remote for the tv and some coloring materials to help entertain my little one.Brie took a liking to my lottle guy and made sure to make him feel right at home. 100% will...

"The staff was amazing for a mother and son traveling for the first time. I wish the pool had been warmer but my son loved it. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return when and if we travel to pittsburgh again. "

"Very quiet room, comfy bed, good breakfast! Very good value for the price! There are a few good restaurants nearby, like the Olive Garden, a five min drive if you don’t want the hassle of driving downtown . If you want to go downtown, it’s pretty cheap to leave your car at the hotel and take an Uber. "

"Overall we had a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night as a way to avoid early morning travel because my wife was having surgery today and we live a few hours away. Only complaints are the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the shower door leaked, and the parking lot was icy and didn't look like anything had been done to it at all."

"My friend and I stayed overnight there. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. It was very clean and so convenient to the PPG arena where we attended a sold out event. (Elevation Nights) Only one thing negative that I need to mention. The air in the room was not working correctly. It was set to the lowest temperature but never cooled the room. "I travel to visit family and chose to stay here with my 5 kids. The bnb we had was perfect and cute. We all fit and had enough space to have for our own. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in instead of wasting money on take out the whole trip. We were able to sit down together and eat.
