"Kind host and responds relatively quickly. It is a bit of a drive from everywhere though so maybe rent a car cause taxis are expensive in area. But great experience overall. The host is very kind and helpful with all questions. Would recommend."

"This was a great home for my family as we spent a holiday in Ireland with the absolute highlight being the add-on dinner of authentic cuisine on our first night. It allowed us to explore another culture and grow closer across 3 generations on family. Simply Outstanding! I highly recommend this dinner and the house."

"Would thoroughly recommend this home to stay for a large family, there was plenty of space for our family group of 6 adults and one child. The property was clean and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside space was great, we enjoyed using bbq and dining on the decking area which had a large table to seat us all. Also loved sitting in the lounge looking out at the wonderful view over the lake. The location was great too as all amenities were an easy walk...

"It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings"

"It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great."

"The view from the back deck is amazing. It was nice after a day out, to come back, have a glass of wine on the peaceful deck. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. "Nice facilities, well furnished and well kept. We were very comfortable. Only hitch was no internet in the house so working with a computer was not possible. connectivity for mobile was spotty. But we managed. And we had a comfortable stay. Owner was very nice and helpful. "

The kitchen is well stocked and has an amazing formal dining room for meals. The grounds are beautiful to walk and the view from the home of the Shannon River are lovely.
