House was very roomy, clean, all day-to-day household items (pans, dishes, linens...) were in the house, nice front porch, very quiet location, close to the beach and close to shops / restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and will rent again!

The Perfect stay!
This place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, very close to the beach, very nicely decorated and communicative hosts. Price was reasonable and just a great place for a family vacation. We will definitely be back!!!

My daughter had an education seminar in the area. We took the opportunity to have a mini vacation to the beach. To be able to rent a house for 4 days was a better opportunity for us. The house was pet friendly.

Wonderful spot! only steps from the beach and a house that has everything you possibly need for a great beach stay! Fully stocked kitchen from baking pans to cheese grater to magic bullet! Beach towels and chairs! Outside sitting area on front porch! Perfect spot!

Wonderful Family Vacation
We rented the property for a multigenerational family vacation. Some members have trouble climbing steps, but it's not easy to find a beach house that's large enough for all of us that doesn't sit high above the ground. This beautiful house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and everyone especially loved sitting in the front porch. The house is part of the Oceanside Village community, which provides nice amenities such as an indoor pool, a playground and on-site security. We'll be back!

Luxurious Home, Inferior Matress, Super Location
The home is beautiful with granite counter tops, luxuriously decorated and well-appointed amenities. It has everything you need while on vacation except for the most crucial article one needs when on a vacation, a comfortable bed. After long weeks at the grind stone and months of saving for a restful vacation, people need to be able to rest and relax. Poor, cheap, uncomfortable mattresses seem to always be the biggest disappointment when renting a home or condo rather than staying in a hotel. Unfortunately, this home was no different. All three beds have very poor cheap mattresses. The community is nice, the security was great, the service was good and the location was awesome. Suggestion, spend some $$ on quality mattresses.

Our stay was great. I will start by saying, the owner, Leona, is extremely responsive. She responded within 12 hours (usually less though). She was very friendly and welcoming. This home is in a gated community with entrances around the entire thing. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a designated parking lot for the beach for community guests. The house was very clean. We had every kitchen dish and utensil that we needed. The house was exactly what is listed and pictured. There were supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, food seasoning, etc already at the house. The bedrooms were pretty small, but that was not a big deal for us. There were also beach chairs, beach toys and other items available to us for use. Our kids really enjoyed the community splash pad and outdoor pool along with the playground. There is even 2 fenced in dog parks so we were able to take our pup there. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Clean beautiful place but misrepresented
Working with Evolve was a nightmare. They sent constant emails reminding me of my trip. I read all of it but when I was 30 minutes away I realized the "code" I thought I had was not actually the code but the reservation number. I had to call the property manager and they didn't answer. We had trouble getting into the house. Evolve said it was a 10 digit code but it was a 4 digit code. The directions to GET to the house said to turn on Melody but it was Melanie! We drove around for 20 minutes unable to reach anyone with very tired children after a 10 hour drive. The "house" was not a house but a double wide trailer. It was clean and beautiful but the beds were old and creaky. The TV didn't work right. It was A LOT of money for the place.

It was like walking into a hotel room upon check in. Stocked with supplies in case you forgot. Very clean and neat. Amenities were very close. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Close to great attractions!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we did have a few minor issues. The home was nicely decorated, the showers were hot, water pressure good, and the beds were comfortable. Access to the beach was great and so were the neighborhood amenities. On the other side, the master toilet ran constantly and wouldn’t fill up so we shut it off and had to use another bathroom. The cable and TV speakers weren’t connected and it took us a few days to finally get everything working. The kitchen sink faucet handle was broken, which made it difficult to get hot water, and there isn’t much counter space to prepare meals. The house was clean, but there were socks, silverware and Kleenex under the chairs in the living room. I texted the homeowner about the TV and didn’t hear back. I think they may have been out of cell range.

Nicely decorated, kitchen supplied with everything except paper towels. Not much counter space. The dishwasher not connected to counter, a hazard . Not happy with 3 rolls of TP for 6 adults/2 kids for 4 nights, had to buy some. Skinny soap, had to buy that too. Hair shampoo and body wash missing or empty. Be sure to bring your own paper supplies and soaps. Great location and short walk to beach. Comfortable seating and beds. 2 bedrooms had bathrooms. Had to call owner for lock number.

Great Vacay.
Couldn't beat the location for the price. House had everything we needed. Not often they provide everything to get you started. My only suggestion to renters (this is not a complaint) is that if you have smaller kids bring some plastic cups. There were only glasses. We just used thermos they had. Owner was great at communicating

Walking distance from the beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It is literally walking distance from the beach, and you ca see the beach from the back deck. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. Loved the resort pools. We spent our evenings grilling dinner and playing games and watching tv on the huge tv. There were a couple of electrical issues with the bathrooms and laundry room, but the owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. Also my daughter left her cellphone behind after we had already left. The owner helped us get in touch with the cleaning service and we were able to pick it up a couple days later. There were beach chairs and an umbrella to use for the beach, and towel provided also.

Comfy little getaway
We enjoyed our long weekend at this comfortable home. Inside is very spacious and well equipped. Extremely close to the beach, 2 minute walk and happy little neighborhood. Thank you for allowing partial week stays. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

This was AWESOME
I want to take this time and congratulate the owners of this fine property. This property was awesome,very nicely decorated,clean and well stocked. It is exactly how it appears in the picture. Now for the bad time....the darn guard at the guard house was out of line. We drove 6 hours and rest of my family drove 10 hours from Ohio. The parking pass thing is a huge miscommunication mishap, the owner handled this situation very well and didn't have an issue at all after that, besides getting lost in the property itself lol. This house is very homie very comfortable they did a great job with it. Very very clean. Wife and I are very firm mattress people and as these are new beds they wasn't for us but that is just cause we like a firm bed is all. It was an overall great visit and will definitely refer and stay at this property every Myrtle Beach trip without a hesitation. I can't say enough about this house, the layout is awesome a 3 bedroom 3 full baths and not once was we on top of one another very spacey.

Our stay at this little home was fantastic. The owners have done a fabulous job with the upgrades. The house is small but due to the open plan it is spacious enough to hang out. All the cabinets are labeled and it makes access to items very easy. Just 5 min walk to the beach. Husband and I run almost every day on the sand and then accessed the tennis courts with our kids. To access the community from any gate it is worth spending $10 for a card. Tennis courts keys need to be accessed from the main gate/office daily. Delicious restaurant just 5 min away is Rick's Fish House, we tried this the 1st day and the customer service and food is amazing. Drive to main Myrtle Beach boardwalk and entertainment is about 20 min. Market Commons is a cute open shopping mall with movies/bowling/more running paths, just 15 min drive. Lots of mini golfs around. The house has a grill out back, but the space is very small. It did work out for drying towels/suits. We arrived a day earlier due a confusion and the owners were great accommodating this change.
