Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your Oceanfront condominium in Garden City, South Carolina. This family-friendly location provides attractions for all ages. The beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condominium 807 is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo 807 is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides two pull out couches located in the living room, an open dining area with a table that seats 6, as well as a private balcony. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath including a tub/shower combination. Condo 807 sleeps 1-6 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo 807 is ready for you to make long lasting memories!

Great place on the water
I was a little nervous with this being a new listing without reviews, but the place was really nice and just as pictured. The building itself is also very well taken care of. The host was very nice and informative during check in. Surfside is a great area and much better for the families trying to vacation. Will definitely be booking again.
