Two bedroom one bath apartment right across the street from the beach and the oceanfront golf cart parking for Oceanside Village guests and owners. Fully stocked kitchen, flat screen televisions, king bed in master and bunk beds in second bedroom. Walk in shower in bathroom. Amenities galore include two outdoor pools and two waterparks - great for the kids. Indoor pool and spa, basketball court, parks and ponds for fishing. Just a short distance to the Garden City Pier with game room and restaurants. Shopping, The Marsh Walk and Tanger Outlets for shopping.

Nice hidden gem
Cute and clean hidden gem just steps from the beach! A quick walk across the street to the beach access. Cozy and comfortable for the two of us but also has bunk beds. Owners live upstairs and are very pleasant and genuinely want you to have a good experience.

Great nook right off the beach!
The stay was very clean and had many things to use at the beach. Very easy access to the beach and near grocery stores and more. We had an infant with us and the place had a pack n play and other baby gear. The owners live up top and are wonderful people! Very pretty place and they had everything we needed for our vacation to make it even less stressful! Would revisit there and use again!

Improvements needed
The location is great, but the place was extremely dirty. The counters were covered in old spills that even a damp paper cloth improved upon which leads me to believe it hadn't been cleaned at all. The coffee pot was full of fuzzy mold. The trash can in the bedroom had no bag and had a full set of toenail clippings in it. The remote to the tv was falling apart. We also didn't like that all of the beds only had comforters on them. We had to strip all the beds and make them ourselves. This was problematic because we had just driven 14 hrs, and that was a lot to do with over tired children. It also gave me the impression that the top blankets do not get laundered. Another issue was that there is 100% zero space to store food as all of the cabinets are completely full. I didn't want to store our food on the floor for obvious reasons. So it was very frustrating trying to find somewhere to keep food. The furniture is also very old with deep wear/dirt and made me feel gross sitting on it. The bunk beds were very rickety also and felt unstable. We had also contacted the property manager before our arrival in regards to having the ground floor or the 2nd floor. We were told both. This made things awkward when I tried to put in the passcode on the 2nd floor door and was greeted by the house disgruntled owner. It was noisy upstairs at night, which made it difficult for our kids to fall asleep. This has potential to be a great space with some improvements.

Nice quiet Getaway
We have stayed here before and the Home and Gated Community are wonderful. Our family loves to come and spend time with close access to the beach and local restaurant's. We hope to come back next year.
